(Excavation / filling in any, will be paid in a separate item). The scope includes winding in empty drums if necessary and depositing to NPCIl stores inside plant boundary.

Providing all inclusive works for testing with calibrated Motor checker for 9 hours in a per day including required accessories at plant site as directed by EIC for NPCIL use whenever necessary

Providing all inclusive works for testing with calibrated 2.5 kV Megger for 9 hours in a per day including required accessories at plant site as directed by EIC for NPCIL use whenever necessary

Providing all inclusive works for testing with calibrated Contact Resistance Measurement kit for 9 hours in a per day including required accessories at plant site as directed by EIC for NPCIL use whenever necessary

Providing all-inclusive works for making gland holes of various diameter in panel gland plates, sheets, structural plates or any other with suitable Magnetic drilling machine for 9 hours in a per day including required accessories at plant site as directed by EIC for NPCIL use whenever necessary

Providing Highly skilled man power, for carrying out works of BOM preparation from drawings, site survey, measurement, overseeing pep talk and erection works as per drawings, IS guidelines and regulations, checking permits etc. as directed by EIC. Fulfilling the above requirements for 9 Hrs a per day is considered as one operation

Installation of cable trays, Electrical panels and DB's as per the latest DCN/FCN/ Additional drawings and instructions as directed by EIC. This job requires Providing Skilled man power like electrician, fitter, welder, grinder etc.. Fulfilling the above requirements for 9 Hrs a per day is considered as one operation

Providing unskilled man power carrying out the given work assisting for the above item no. 9 and as directed by EIC. Fulfilling the requirements for 9 Hrs a per day is considered as one operation.

Providing single phase welding machine for 9 hours in a per day for works including welding oven, required 2.5 mm rods for CS /MS material, consumables and accessories at plant site as directed by EIC for NPCIL use whenever necessary

Providing AG-5 Grinding machine and wheels including consumables and accessories for 9 hours in a per day for works at plant site as directed by EIC for NPCIL use whenever necessary

Providing Cutting machine with required cutting wheel including consumables and accessories for 9 hours in a per day for works at plant site as directed by EIC for NPCIL use whenever necessary

Excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means for foundation, trenches etc., in all types of soils below ground level up to 1.5 meter depth, leveling, ramming the bottom of excavation, refilling with excavated soil, consolidating as per drawings, specifications or as directed by the Engineer.

Providing, fabrication and erection of Structural steel (CS / MS) plates, angles, channels, hollow rectangular ducts, beams, flats, plates, bars, rods, hot finished seamless pipes for major erection works including all cutting, grinding, drilling, welding, testing, painting with approved epoxy paint including supply of paint and consumables, as per drawings/ DCN or as directed by the Engineer -in-charge. The measurement shall be in terms of the finished/installed weight conforming to lS 2062-2011 Grade E250 Quality - A / B / BR and dimension as per IS 8O8, IS 1730, IS1731 and IS 1732, steel pipes conforming to IS 1161 and IS 3601, square and rectangular structural steel tubes confoming to lS 4923 and Chequered plate conforming to IS 3502, for main cable ducts in main plant buildings, metal structures for Construction of semicovered protective sheds. providing and applying two or more coats of approved epoxy / synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc rich primer as per drawings and specifications.

providing and installation of GI perforated tray of different sizes including all accessories like clamps, hardware etc. any cutting, drilling, welding, Providing as per requirement and application of cold galvanisation paint, etc., as directed by the ENGINEER.

Termination of armoured / unarmoured Power cable, testing and commissioining including providing suitable glands and lugs for both side and all as per specification. Measurement will be done per core wise.
