Taking down old damaged pipes of any description from existing lines including necessary excavation of old fitted in trenches, supply , laying and jointing of Reinforced concrete class NP-2, 150 mm dia including testing, haunching against the sides of pipes in PCC ( 1:4:8) type D-2 and returning, filling in disposal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100mm/ 150/ 200mm internal dia at any depth including manholes by removing the manhole covers of any type / size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine manually as required at site from manholes and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in sewer line removing the solids and sludge to any distance and reinstating the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the manholes covers (CI or RCC) any type of manholes rectangular/circular and de-sludging /de-watering of septic tank and soakage well of any size and depth by mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as required, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engr -In- Charge including carrying the effluent and re-instating the manholes cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cleaning the blockage of bathroom/ kitchen by cleaning the Nahani traps/gully traps of all the mud/sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of tarp, CI waste pipes by opening the clearing eyes and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance not exceeding 50 meters form the gully trap and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning of blockage of WC Indian or European type by removing of all the mud/ sludge and getting out including cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe upto First manhole and depositing the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance n' exc 50 meters from the wc and covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all excavations and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Vitreous China squatting pan “Orissa pattern” size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) with CI ‘P’ trap of long arm of suitable size including connection to flush pipe, anti symphonic pipes etc fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

Vitreous China wash down water closet pan “Pedestal pattern” size 580x440mm coloured with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) with CI ‘P’ trap of long arm of suitable size including connection to flush pipe, anti symphonic pipes etc fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

S & F for Plastic water closet seat cover, closed pattern with flat bottom, mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device (colour of cover should match with water closet) complete all as specified.

S & F for jet spray for EWC incl required length of tube fixed with Existing water tubing/stop cock incl necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Vitreous China Urinal, Half stall type, white including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, fixing of automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) fixed in repair incl supply and fixing of CP coupling, waste pipe and all necessary fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for PVC low level flushing cistern, valveless, syphonic action type, 10 litres capacity with inlet, ball valve float and handle with and including brackets & PVC bend pipe 60/90 cm long etc, supplied and fixed in repairs, complete all as specified.

S & F for Vitreous china wash hand basin (flat back or angle back type), size 550 x 400mm including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand incl waste pipe fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for CP Brass fancy type Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed for 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old broken cast iron pipes from existing sewage line or along plumbing stack along the walls including necessary excavation in trenches where required, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in complete, supplying, laying in trenches or along the walls with MS clamps of standard specifications and jointing of new 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches/ floors or in walls pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 33 Above but 75mm bore of pipe.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and making good the dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required for exc half brick but n exc one brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified & directed.(Cleaning, material for repairing etc measured and paid separately)

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks of capacity 500 litres three layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including dismantling of existing PVC tank of any capacity complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Item No 38 Above but 1000 Litres Capacity.

S & F 15mm dia for Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 20mm dia for Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store for 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair faces (finished) drain of channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitered stopped end etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, Parapet walls, facia, cover slabs upon drainage system incl necessary form work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/ stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

All as per Srl Item No. 56 above, but Except Bricks.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Filling of sunken floor with PCC 1:5:10 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate including breaking and removal of existing filling of lime concrete/PCC/brick bats and rubbish out off the premises, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Two Coats of Hot bitumen on newly plastered surface of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Steel water tubing light grade 40mm dia, galvanised, including short lengths, fixed as spout as in walls of sunken portion of toilets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Polymer liquid water proofing compound.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers upto 25 cm height bal portion filled with PCC 1:2:4 incl removal of surplus spoil, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item).

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion (Posts embedded in Concrete, brick work,masonry, etc).and making good disturbed ground of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not other wise provided for.

S&F for galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel, complete all as specified and directed. (each line of wire to be measured)

Fixing only as in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, complete all as specified and directed. Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and priming with red oxide zinc chrome and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified.

S & F for Glazed coloured ceramic tile 450 x 300 x 7mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and similar works including finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Note: In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account.
