Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo-Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundations and plinth in - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand).

Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick marble stone counters, vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete - Granite work.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18mm thick stone slab over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc, all complete as specified - Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Providing and fixing M.S.grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete - Fixed to openings / wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing ISI marked aluminium butt hinges anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc.complete - 125 X 75 X 4 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS :1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. Complete - 200 x10 mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc, complete - 125 mm.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock, ISI marked, with six levers and a pair of anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) aluminium lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement /casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 + or - 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealent shall be paid separately) - Casement window double panels with S.S. friction hinges (350x19x1.9mm) made of (big series) frame 67 x 60 mm & sash / mullion 67 x 80mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 + or - 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension .(Area of window above 1.50 sqm).

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing,staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer - M.S.tube.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) , of approved make (Jhonson / Asian / Somany / Nitco) in all colours, shades of size 300 x 600 mm as approved in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement with pigment of matching shade complete - size 300x600 mm.

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of first quality conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Kajaria ) in all colours, shades, except white, ivory, grey, fume red brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying fully vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make (Nitco / Rak / Johnson /Asian ) in all colours and shades , laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete - size of tile 600 x600 mm.

Deduct for not using 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles.

Fixing glazed /ceramic / Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick - set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS:15477, in average 3 mm thickness - ( Using 5 kg adhesive per sqm of tile area).

Providing and applying ready mixed wall putty (JK / Birla) of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade - New work (two or more coats applied @1.43 ltr / 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg / 10sqm)

Applying priming coat - with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron / steel works.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Premium of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacure.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead - for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P.flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets , cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required - W.C.pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid.

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I.brackets , 15mm dia CP brass single hole basin mixer of approved quality and make, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required - a) White Vitreous China Wash basin size 550x400 mm with a 15mm CP brass single hole basin mixer.

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P.brass screws and washers complete.

Providing and fixing PTMT towel rail complete with brackets fixed to wooden cleats with CP brass screws with concealed fitting arrangement of approved quality and colour - 600 mm long towel rail with total length of645 mm, 78 mm wide and effective height of 88mm, weighing not less than 190 gms.

Providing and fixing CP brass health faucet of approved quality - 15mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing C.P.brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms - 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing C.P.brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS: 8931- 15 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer composite) solid door / window / Ceosetory windows and Other frames/ Chowkhat comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade) calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frames density of 750 kg / cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) and 1100 N (Edge), minimum compresssive strength of 58N/sq.mm, modulus of elasticity 900 N/sq.mm and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite / borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position of with M.S hold fast/lugs /SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (M.S hold fast/lugs or SS dash fastners shall be paid for separately) Note: For WPC solid door / window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimensions i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payments on this account shall be made. - Frame size 50 x 100 mm.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawl strength of 1800 N (Face) and 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/sq.mm , modulus of elasticity 850 N/sq.mm and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being temite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S.screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S.S.screws shall be paid separately) -30mm thick.

Providing and fixing of precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as 0.50mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness (TCT) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimm to avoid scratches whib transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal (or with polymer coated J or I hooks) bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washer or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead) complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. The rate includes all taxes.
