SITC of 1200 mm sweep energy saving 5 star rating ceiling fan including wiring the down rod of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable, including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc. as required. (M/s HAVELLS model ES-50 Premium or similar superior make, Other preferred makes Crompton Greaves/Usha/Khaitan/Bajaj/ Orient)

SITC of 300 mm sweep fresh air fan With metalic body and net i/c connection with 2x1.5 sqmm cu. Conductor FR PVC cable etc as reqd at site. ( M/s Havells Ventil Air-DS or Equivalent model ofUsha,Bajaj,Khaitan or other similar superior make ).

SUB HEAD-II (M.V Panel, Cables & Earthing)

S.I.T.C. of cubicle sheet metal, free standing, back closed M.V. switch board with 200 A busbars & internal wiring suitable for operation on 415 volts, 50HZ A.C. Supply consisting of the following and as per detailed specifications.

I) 125A 4 pole MCCB with Thermal Release, (Release Range 80-100%) breaking capacity 26KA at 415V with extended rotary handle mechanism, Shunt Release & auxiliary Contacts (M/s Havells or equivalent similar superior make ) ( Ics = 100% Icu) -- 2 Nos.

II) 3 phase LCD Multifunction meter indicating V, A, F, pf, Power, Energy (M/s L&T Nova series, Cat. No. WM30KFC3C00 or equivalent similar superior make with C.T's--- 1 Set.

III)RYB Indication lamps LED type with suitable size HRC fuses with base & carrier (M/s Esbee, L&T or equivalent similar superior make ) --- 1 Set

Note- 1) The 2 no. incoming MCCBs shall be Mechanically- Electrically interlocked so that only one MCCB can operate at a time.

Supplying & Laying XLPE Aluminium/ copper conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes on surface/ existing cable tray etc. as reqd

(a) 3.5 x 70 Sq.mm Aluminium Conductor Cable

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium/ copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium/ copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

(a) 3½ X 70 sq. mm (38mm) with alu. Lugs

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

SUB HEAD-III (Compound Lighting)

SITC of 40W LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 complete with associated accessories suitable for operation on 230 volts, 50 Hz AC supply i/c connections etc. as reqd. (Havells:- ENDURAPEARL NEOSL40 WLED757PASYTOPC of SS make)

Providing and fixing 25 watt LED Post top decorative fitting IP 65 i/c connection with 1.5sqmm copper conductor FR PVC cable testing commissioning etc complete as required at site. (Havells :-CORALPT25WLED757PSYMTOPC or SS make)

Supply of 4 Meters long Galvanised Octagonal pole with single arm bracket (Mayfair MF 32 or equivalent) of 1 Meter length & in built Junction box consisting bakelite sheet, 6amp SP MCB & 6 amp connector etc. for making connection with suitable size of copper wire in the box. Bottom and top diameter of the pole shall be 130mm & 60mm respectively with 3mm thickness and base plate of size 210mmX210mmX12mm and 4 nos. foundation bolts of 16mm dia X 450 mm length with nuts & washers etc. complete as required as per drawing attached. (M/s Mayfair or equivalent similar superior make)

Erection of the above street light pole on RCC foundation i/c making the 1:2:4 RCC foundation of size 400mm X 400mm and height of 1000mm below gruond level and 300mm above ground level i/c s/f of Raft, Verticals & Ring TOR rods, making Raft of size 900mmX900mm with 1:4:8 PCC & fixing of anchor bolts, plastering the exposed surface etc. complete as required as per drawing attached.

Supplying and drawing 3 core 1 sqmm PVC insulated PVC seathed copper conductor cable with relevent IS specification for looping between Junction box to Fitting as required.

Supplying XLPE insulated aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS: 7098 part -1 of following sizes etc. as required.

a) 2 core 6 Sq.mm.Au. Condr.

Supplying and embedding 32mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

SITC of digital Time switch 1 channel weekly cycle with pre- recorded adjustable programs in the existing distribution board for automatic switching of lighting system , complete with interconnection wiring with suitable size cu. Conductor wire , etc as reqd. ( M/s L&T Model J848B1 or Equivalent similar superior make).

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC pipes along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.
