1.00 (a) To prepare for tender documents alongwith civil drawings for provision of Central Air conditioning systems against BER plants in the existing buildings and suggestive measures for any modification in Bldg No -09 of WSA-I, Bldg No -06 of WSA-II and only automatice temperature and humidity control system in existing plants for Bldg No -10 & 13 of WSA-I and Bldg No -07 of WSA-II and confirming adequacy of civil works like modification of plant room for housing equipments, ducts and shafts for carrying liquid/gases/air chilled water pipes etc complete in all respect. (b) To check adquacy of insulation available on ceiling/walls of existing buildings for efficient & economic operation of such system. suggest suitable measures to improve quality of insulation if felt necessary. (c) To out heat load calculations to achieve inside design condition as mentioned for Bldg No -09 of WSA-I, Bldg No -06 of WSA-II and automatic temperature and humidity control system of Bldg No 10 & 13 of WSA-I and Bldg No -07 of WSA-II at AF stn Adampur in NBC - 2016 IS Code/STBC pamphlet or any other documents provided by the department and in ASHERE outside conditions of Bldg No -09 of WSA-I, Bldg No -06 of WSA-II, Bldg No -10 & 13 of WSA-I and Bldg No -07 of WSA-II at AF station Adampur will be as per meterological recods. Heat load calculations sheets for summer, monsoons and winter seasons shall be submitted alongwith psychometrics chart for each season. (d) Selection/design of ducts, chilled water pipe lines insulation where ever required. (e) Submit details of equipments selection and their specifications along with design particular for selcted equipment. The equipment selectd should be energy efficient and based on latest technology. (f) Submit duct layout and pipe line on Auto CAD working drawings with cross-section sizes alongwith details for fire dampers, insulation and acoustic arrangement etc (g) Submit catalogues and literature of equipment and Auto CAD working drawings as required. (h) submit bill of Quantities and estimate as per the dsign worked out. (j) Submit working details justifying bill of quantities of all the items.
