COMPRESSED AIR & CRYOGENIC NITROGEN PLANT PACKAGE WITH COMPLETE ACESSORIES AND AUXILLARIES: Package Scope includes Basic Engineering, Detailed engineering, Procurement of raw materials and subordered equipments, shop fabrication / assembly, statutory approval, route survey, inspection including Third Party Inspection (if any), testing, painting, packing & forwarding, packing (seaworthy when sea transportation), transportation to site, receipt, local site handling, storage, conservation, preservation and handling of material and consumables at site required for civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works within defined battery limit, site assembly, erection, hook up & tie in, testing, Fire Proofing, pre- commissioning, commissioning, performance guarantee test etc. Package comprises of Air compressors, Air Receivers, Instrument Air Dryers including filters, adsorber vessel, Nitrogen Generation unit, Vessels, Pumps, filters, Exchangers, vents & drains, valves fittings & mountings etc., piping within the Battery Limit as defined in the technical part of bidding document, supply of all UG piping as specified elsewhere within the battery limit, Instruments, controls and electrical, Civil Work/ Structures / Platforms / staircases, insulation, coating, painting including all spares etc, providing all temporary structures / works and equipment for completion, obtaining statutory approvals (at installation state), supply of all instruments /gauges etc. for testing / pre-commissioning / commissioning, lubricants, chemicals as mentioned in technical part & as required, special tools, tackles and jigs & fixtures, completing all the works in all respects and handing over on lump sum turnkey basis within the battery limits as per the detailed scope of work,supply & services mentioned in tender documents including mandatory spares, first fill and consumables/adsorbents/ catalysts/chemicals for first 12 months of operation including training to Owner’s personnel for operation & maintenance including the supply of all training materials.

BREAK UP OF LUMPSUM PRICE FOR COMPRESSED AIR AND NITROGEN PLANT (For Modularization / Construction/Installation, Start-up, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Guarantees & PGTR, Training) FORM SP-3 Construction / installation, Hook up & tie-in, pre-commissioning, commissioning etc and completion of work in all respects for Compressed Air & Nitrogen Plant Package, Transportation to site of supply material covered under SP-2, Receipt, storage, conservation, preservation and handling of material and consumables at site required for the work, fabrication, construction, assembly, erection at site , all piping, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works within battery limit, insulation, coating, painting etc, providing all temporary works / structures and equipment for completion, obtaining statutory approvals, final hook-up with owner facilities, precommissioning, commissioning, performance testing, guarantee runs, supply of all labour, materials, tools & tackles (excluding those covered under supply portion); providing experienced personnel for pre- commissioning / commissioning (till hand over stage of the plant to owner) providing construction aids and all safety devices for construction, providing training to OWNER'S personnel, completing all the work in all respects to make system smooth operable and handing over as per Bidding Document requirements all complete as per Bidding Document and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
