Providing and fixing G.I work consisting of tee/ angle sections, perimeter channel, T Grid, furring channel etc... of approved brand of frames of false ceiling including G.I angle cleats with necessary C.P. brass/ stainless steel sunk screws, G.I perimeter angles fixed to wall with stainless steel rawl plugs @ 450 mm centre to centre and fixing the frame work to G.I. level adjusting hangers 6 mm dia. with necessary cadmium plated machine screws all complete as per approved architectural drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing of Gypsum plain board in ceiling with finishing wall putty etc. complete as per direction of engineer/incharge
Supply and fixing of ceiling light of 12 watt, 08 watt by using 19 mm PVC pipe, bend,tee etc and necessary wiring with other acessories etc. and necessary cutting of Gypsum board etc. as required.
Supply and fixing of false ceiling strip LED light to the side of ceiling etc as required
Supply and fixing of Remote sensing ceiling fan of 1200 mm sweep of approved brand with necessary wiring etc as directed by incharge.
Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :
Water thinnable cement primer.
Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer’s specification.
Two or more coats on new work.
