Special Eligibility Criteria

   The Tenderer shall in their offer submit performance certificate of at least 01 No of such machine supplied in the last five years and the machine covered by these certificates must have worked satisfactorily for at least one year from the date of commissioning as on the original date of closing of the tender. The certificate issued after original date of closing of tender (in cases where tender closing date has been extended) are also acceptable however the machine must have completed one year of satisfactory working after the date of commissioning as on original date of closing of tender. Further, the quoted system and accessories or similar should have been successfully supplied and installed in any of the IITs, NITs, BITs, IISC Laboratories and other reputed institutions of national importance, in the past five years, preferably more recent. Proof of supply and current working condition is mandatory and must be uploaded along with the bid. Receipt Notes, Supply Orders, CRACs, OR Material Acceptance Proofs will be considered as proof of supply only whereas valid performance certificate as detalied above shall only be acceptable for considering performance of the equipment.

    GST: (A) It shall be the responsibility of the Bidders to quote correct HSN Number and corresponding GST Rate, (B) The offer shall be evaluated based on the GST rate quoted by each bidder and same will be used for determining the inter-se-ranking. While submitting offer, it shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that they quote correct GST rate and HSN number, (C) Purchaser shall not be responsible for any misclassification of HSN number or incorrect GST rate if quoted by the bidder, (D) Wherever the successful bidder invoices the goods at GST rate or HSN number which is different from that incorporated in the Purchase Order, payment shall be made as per GST rate which is lower of the GST rate incorporated in the purchase order or billed, (E) Vendor is informed that she/he would be required to adjust her/his basic price to the extent required by higher tax billed as per invoice to match the all inclusive price as mentioned in the purchase order, (F) Any amendment to GST rate or HSN number in the contract shall be as per the contractual conditions and statutory amendments in the quoted GST rate and HSN number, under SVC.

    On site warranty of 30 months form the date of supply of 24 months for the date of successful commissioning, whichever is earlier, duly covering the entire machine and its components including parts having limited life etc. is to be provided.
