Loading of M.S. pipe 8 "/ 200 mm dia from Workshop (T-line)/ Quarry and unloading at proposed site,( Truck will be provided by department). 1 MS pipe 8"/200 mm dia = 6 mtr lengtth( approx) 4660 mtr/6 = 776.67= say 778 nos of pipe approx.

Jointing of 8"/200 mm dia M.S. pipe by flage welding at ends of pipe as per requirement with the help of rubber packing and nut & bolts size 5/8" X 2.5"/3" with washer to avoid leakage or by either direct welding ends of two pipes and gas cutting as per requirement. Method of jointing will be followed by the insruction of management. 1500 mtr /6 = 250 nos of pipe approx. Welding accessories like single phase welding machine or diesel operated welding machine as per site requirement, cable, switches, ICTP, RCCB, MS welding electrodes 4 MM size, gas cutter set with regulators and nut & bolts etc will be supplied by contractor. (M.S. flange & rubber sheet for packing will be provided by the department).
10% Cost of the Jointing of Pipe taken for jointing including bends, nipples, T bend, hose pipe as per topography os site and sluice valves, non return valves as per requirement for pump operation. 778/10 = 77.80 say 78 Nos
Dismantling of 8”/200mm dia. Pipeline laid at quarry & collected at suitable places upto 250mtr range. NOTE: Tools & tackle and gas cutting set in case of welded pipeline ,for dismantling of pipe will be provided by the contractor. Gas cylinders for cutting of pipe will be provided departmentally. 1 MS pipe 8"/200 mm dia = 6 mtr lengtth( approx) 2580 mtr /6 = 430 nos of pipe approx.
