Cutting bituminous premixed carpet excluding the water bound macadam and disposal of dismantled unserviceable material with in 50 metre lead

Cutting water bound Macadam road surface including screening sorting and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metre lead.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. (a) Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling of manhole including R.C.C. top slab, C.I. cover with frame, including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer- charge (a) Rectangular manhole 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep

Extra for depth of manholes dismantled: Rectangular manhole 120x90 cm and beyond 90 cm depth

Dismantling & taking out old RCC pipes from excavated trenches with the help of chain pulley block/labour including breaking of joints, cleaning of pipes silt & stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within a lead of 50 meter lead. a) 450 mm to 600 mm dia RCC pipe

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Constructing brick masonry manhole ( silt chamber type) of size 120X90X120 cm deep with FPS bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) 15 cm thick RCC top slab with 500mm dia opening with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) reinforced with a 18.92 Kg/each TMT bars, 20 cm foundation cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) inside plaster 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and providing 50mm thick cement concrete of 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) with neat cement punning inside the manhole complete as per standard design difference of 30cm shall be kept between invert level of pipe and manhole bottom excluding the cost of SFRC manhole cover and frame 500mm dia which be paid separately. Providing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6 mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS : 10910, on 12 mm dia steel bar conforming to IS: 1786, having minimum cross section as 23 mmx25 mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165 mm with minimum 112 mm space between protruded legs having 2 mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufacture's permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with 30x20x15 cm cement concrete block 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete as per design.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality. (a) M D - 10 Circular shape 500 mm internal diameter

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : (a) 600 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

Desilting and chocked master sewer lines,removing of blockage and desilting of blocked mastersewer line with high pressure jetting and high volumesuper-sucker machine, opening of blocked sewer line,manholes disposal of retained silt to hazard freedumping ground. The work shall include mobilizationof equipment cost of sundries and safety devices,dewatering, cleaning and required plugging of manholeincluding cartage, loading and unloading of silt/ sludgefrom the site, insurance of employee and labour and allover head charges etc. complete as per directions andto the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge. 600mm diameter

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shutting all work Up to plinth level. (a)1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA) )

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) including manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25% : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) upto 25%)

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin- charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Purchase and taken away the dismantle material serviceable/unserviceable which is to be received from the work shall be taken away by the contractor as and where basis for which cartage shall be borrow by the contractor himself and against these material payment shall be made by the contractor to the department or necessary recoveries shall be made from the bill as per quantities, received for defferent material. (a) Bricks

Purchase and taken away the dismantle material serviceable/unserviceable which is to be received from the work shall be taken away by the contractor as and where basis for which cartage shall be borrow by the contractor himself and against these material payment shall be made by the contractor to the department or necessary recoveries shall be made from the bill as per quantities, received for defferent material. (b) Steel

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C & D waste management site within 25 kms. lead i.e. Shastri park/ Burari/ Mundka including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/ rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C & D waste plant. The processing fee of C & D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts.

Searching of sewer manholes with metal detector / through pipe internal survey and hiring of JCB machine for excavation and dismantling of RCC slab/footpath and providing requisite labour etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing CCTV survey by Pan Tilt Camera with Zooming and rotating 360 degree of pipe line after desilting and proper cleaning of existing storm water line for inspection and condition of pipe line and submit the soft/hard copy of the result showing the location and date of survey complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
