Construction of Two Story Training School Building at Fisheries Training institute Kokernag. (Mechanical Part) (Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm system).

(A) Fire Fighting System Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Single Headed, Gunmetal ISI marked oblique pattern hydrant landing valve with 100 mm dia flanged inlet and 63 mm dia instantaneous type female outlet complete with plastic cap and GI chain, twist release type plug and all accessories as per IS:5290-1983 (Type 'A').

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of First-Aid fire hose reels wall mounting swinging type, fitted with of heavy duty mild steel construction with CI brackets, 25 mm dia. ball valve and 20 mm dia. x 36m long high pressure Hose Reel tubing as per IS:444 with Stainless Steel shut-off nozzle having 5 mm dia. orifice. The hose reel shall strictly confirm to IS:884-1985.

Providing and fixing 63mm dia 15m long non percolated rubberized fabric lined hose including gunmetal male and female instantaneous type coupling approved by fire authority, machine wound with copper wire complete in all respects, hose shall conform to IS:636 type II and coupling to IS:903-1975 (ISI marked)

Providing and placing in proper position gunmetal 63mm dia short size branch pipes with 20 mm dia nozzles with 63mm instantaneous coupling ISI marked (IS:903).

Providing and fixing standard fireman's axe with heavy insulated rubber handle conforming to IS: 926 complete.

Providing and fixing fully glazed MS fully welded construction double leaf door shutter for Internal fire hydrant station fabricated from MS 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame, fixed to wall and hinged MS 40x40x5 mm angle iron door shutter with required MS sash bars for glazing complete with locking arrangements, stove enamelled fire red finish with 'FIRE HYDRANT' written in front. Approximate size 2100x1200 mm.

Providing and fixing 2-way gunmetal fire brigade inlet breaching head as per IS:904 specification tested for 20Kg/sq-cm with 63mm dia instantaneous type inlet and 150/100mm dia flanged outlet with built in check valve for fire brigade connection to under ground tanks and fire risers including companion flanges including nuts, bolts & washers etc.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Gun Metal Fire brigade suction hose coupling (Draw-out Connection) with nut for female coupling as per IS:902-1974 complete with 100 mm dia. GI suction pipe and 100 mm dia. 1 No. CI foot valve flanged (to be connected to static water tank).

Providing and fixing External MS cabinet (to enclose above Draw-out/Fire brigade inlet connections) fabricated from 16g sheet with full front glass door and locking arrangement duly painted with one coat of primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade and suitably mounted on a raised masonry platform as required (Approx.0.6 m x 0.6 m x 0.45 m).

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of pressure gauges with isolation cocks and chrome plated copper pipes as hydrant station to read pressure from 0-25 kg/cm2 complete and of dial dia 150 mm.
