Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, lamp holders, regulators, switch, socket outlets, bell push, ceiling rose etc removing material to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls with cement sand mortar (1:6) and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as directed by Engineer -in -Charge .

M&L Point wiring with single runs PVC insulated FRLSH grade, 1100V grade cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) (ISI Marked) drawn in and including PVC Casing capping of suitable size with all fittings and accessories including PVC rectangular board of suitable size and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated FRLSH grade, unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm (ISI Marked) as continuous earth wire terminated in and including sunken box for following type of point wiring including making good disturbed of wall complete all as specified in SSR Part-I, 2009 and Part-II, 2010 and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge for one light point / fan on independent board controlled by one one way switch.

S&F in repair wall mounted LED batten light fitting, with all accessories ,1X10 watt LED, extruded polycarbonate , integrated electronic driver , and fixed to wall with two Nos PVC block of suitable size all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge. S&F lamp holder, insulated body, with back plate for batten fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Ceiling rose, 3 terminals PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only serviceable Ceiling rose, 3 terminals PVC / polycarbonate, isolated body etc with new SS screws complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Old serviceable Ceiling rose obtained from taking down of point wirings carried out against srl item no. 1.00 shall be refixed / reused under this item)

Supply & fixing in repair static electric energy meter (KWH) of accuracy class 1.0 AC Thrree phase, 3X 240 volts, 50 Hz of rating 10A-60A counter type LCD display with transparent hinge type box fixed on wooden / PVC board complete e all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : HPL / L&T / Legrand. Note:- Old unserviceable meter shall be removed from site and deposited to the MES store by the contactor.
