Construction of Office Building and 50MT Godown at Dhaulimuhan under Khordha Block in the District of Khordha

Excavation of foundation in hard rock(granite) removed by chiselling including dressing and levelling the bed not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and depositing the soil within initial lead of 50m and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Sand filling in foundation and plinth with approved river sand well watered and rammed.including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all metarials, etc completed as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(a) Foundation

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4 cm black broken granite stone aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting etc completed as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:2:4) in foundation and floors using 12 mm size HBG CHIPS including hoisting etc completed as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with fly Ash bricks 25 cmx12cmx9cm size having crushing strength not less than 35 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance + 2 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

20 mm thick grading plaster with cement mortar (1:4) over roof slab laid to proper slope finished smooth watering and curing including cost,conveyance royality ,taxes of allmaterials and labour with T & P required for the work etc..comp in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm thick plaster with cement mortar (1:6) over stone/brick masonary including all cost, conveyance & royalty etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(up to 3 m Height)

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar (1:6) over brick masonary including all cost, conveyance & royalty etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(up to 3 m Height)

6 mm thick plaster with cement mortar (1:4) for plaster over R C C surfaces including all cost, conveyance & royalty etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(up to 3 m Height)

Priming One Coat two wall using water bound cement primer including cost,conveyance all materials,labour T & P Etc …comp.

Distempring 2 coats with approved shade of Distemper to inside wall surfaces.

Finishing wall surface with two coats of Weather Coat over a coat of cement priming including cost & conveyance of all materials etc.. Comp

Painting two coats with any approved paint over acot primer to Iron work including cost of paint & labour.

Supplying,fitting & fixing vitrified tile in floors of size (600x600)mm of approved make conforming to IS:13755 laid on 20 mmthick cement mortar(1:4) & filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials,labour T & P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(For new work only) (Ground floor)

Providing fixing glazed /Ceramic wall tile in dadoes skirting and walls and risers of steps on 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry approved quality including cost of all materials,labour T & P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(For new work only) (Ground floor)

Supplying fitting & fixing of M.S shutter ,Door,window,grill of approved of approved design made out of M.S angle amd sheet of approved specification including all cost ,labour ,carriage etc...comp .(market rate).
