Supply and fix for Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutters 28 to 30 mm thick (style) eith 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelaminated PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm prelam PVC sheet on back face supplying & fixing at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood (Sal/ Hollock) plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panels of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial face veneers on both sides.The size of rail and style as per IS–1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC board 20mm thick prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination 2,4 and 6 design and back plain fixed with screws to timber/angle iron frame work etc complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix for Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section with 150 mm long bolt,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel cold rolled butt hinges medium weight 100 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for Mild steel galvanised wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks, wire staples or beading etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel sliding door bolts of size 300mm long with hasp, staples and fixing clips of sheet extruded section and fixing bolts of extruded section. complete all as specified and directed..

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frame or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads, exc 1.5 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Sheet glass 3mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly one coat of bitumen primer on roof surface conforming to IS-3384 of 1986 @ 0.30 litres/sqm. and applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.6 kg per sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighing not less than 160 gms per sqm top of membrane with mineral gravel finish. The overlap shall be minimum 150mm on transverse direction and 100 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlap by torch application complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rouinded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing complete all as specified and directed .
