Supply & fixing of 12.5 Mtr. high mast shaft of approved make with rising system hot dip galvanized, inside and outside, dip heaving pole sheet thickness 4mm, top dia minimum 150mm, bottom dia 310mm base plate 25 mm thick suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. There and having no circumferential weld, with accessories for high mast such ahead frame suitable for 6 luminaries and its control gear boxes 0.75 H.P. power toll motor, 3 point suspension system with steel wire rope 6mm dia double from winch, including marking suitable foundation as per manufacture drawing/site regiment along with foundation bolts, nuts, washers, anchor plates etc., complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of factory wired integral LED flood light luminaries with die cast aluminum housing built with driver set suitable for 200 watt. Confirming to IP 66 protection complete in all respect 204(k)-24000 system lumens, High Power with lenses ˃ 10 Lm/watt, PF˃ 0.95, THD˂10%, at full load, CRI˃440 Volt & ˃ 300 V auto cut and re-start future, 4.0 KV internal surge portion with 5 year warrantee Cat AAA

Supply & laying of Aluminum conductor PVC insulated armored served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750mm below ground level over a cushion of 75mm thick sand all around and protected with brunt bricks of sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc, of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete in all respect. Including excavation and refilling. The armoring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. 25sqmm x 3½ core.

Panel Board (MCCB Type) Supply Installation, Testing and Commissioning of L.T. panel vermin proof floor mounting, M.S. channel base with bottom and fabricated out of 2.0/1.6min thick CRCA sheet steel, painted with powder coated paint of shade as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge after proper sheet treatment process of sheet steel. Te Bus bar of panel shall be of Electrical grade High Conductive aluminum alloy of appropriate cross section as per rating. The main bus bar shall run throughout the panel of rating as main incomer rating. The bus bar shall be supported by non hygroscopic SMC/DMC bus bar supports which shall be mounted on proper interval to ensure the bear the jerks of short Circuit of 50 KA for panels having ACB as incomer & 36 KA for panels having MCCB incomers. Panel shall be constructed in fully Segregated Compartment Design for Each Feeders per 3b construction format. The panel shall be completed in all respect as per IS:8623 Part- 2&3. There shall be Separate Metering Compartment for incomer metering and outgoing metering.
