Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m width and n.exc 1.5m in depth for taking out cable and cable cover and getting out in any type of soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC/ XLPE cables with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover to UG cables. Note : For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 2 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm

M &L for Road cutting with the layer of bitumen/boulders in trenches n.exc .45 m width and n.exc 0.6 m in depth for taking out cable and cable cover and getting out.

Supply & Laying, connection with lugs of suitable size at both end and testing electric under ground LT cable PVC/XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade of size 10 sqmm 4 core all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Laying, connection with lugs of suitable size at both end and testing electric under ground LT cable PVC/XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade of size 25 sqmm 3.5 core all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Laying , connection with lugs of suitable size at both end and testing electric under ground LT cable PVC/XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core in trenches, ducts, pipe on walls, poles all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for scrapping out old rusted and corroded sufaces out door panels of any shape and size and preparing the exposed surfaces & applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc crome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Checking and attending to welding work in reapirs to iron frame gate, LT Panel / Bus bar's door and other iron misc works, repair by welding (run or spot welding as per site requirement) including replacementof defective items/material alongwith & including welding machine golves, welding glass, welding rod any other tools required, as per requirement complete all ass specidied and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of tree-branches touching HT/LT OH lines having girth n.exc 30cm and removing the branches to a distance n. exc 50 Mtr and as disired.

M & L for Cable route marker made out of GI non corrosion of size 150mm x 150mm x 5mm of plate and suitable height at least 1 feet from ground after grouting into the ground including writing the HT/LT Cable by engraqvinging/ painting complete fixed in PCC including excavation and RF and removing complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminimum conductor form overhead pole for taking in schedule of credit.

Taking down old unsv bus bars, and supply, install, testing & commissioning of bus bar chamber of size 60 cm x 60cm x 40 cm outdoor type suitable for LT 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system factory made cubical complete materialised dust and vermin proof (protection class IP 54), made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet (CRCA) including factory made hinged type door both side opening with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with powder coated finish over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The panel board shall be comprising of the following accessories

(a) Copper bus bar cap 250 Amp - 04

(d) RYB neon indicating lamp set of three- 01

Note : (i) Rates are deemed to be inclusive of PCC platform of suitable size and 45cm height and 4 Nos legs of 50mmx50mmx6mm and 60 cm in height for fixing the panel. (iii) Danger notice plate (02 Nos) LT size 20cm x 15cm shall be fixed on the panel. (iv) Contractor provided power coated finish paint on panel.

Taking down old unserviceable Old LT panel and Supply, install, testing and commissioning of electric panel board outdoor type suitable for LT 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system factory made cubical complete materialised dust and vermin proof (protection class IP 54), made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet (CRCA) including factory made hinged type double door both side opening with locking arrangement duly painted has bolt type) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with powder coated finish over a coat of zinc chrome primer including carry out internal connection with suitable copper bus bar (above and incl 63 Amp MCCB)/ 16 sqmm (below 63 Amp MCCB) single core copper cable, including cable alley for incoming and outgoing cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. The panel board shall be comprising of the following accessories :-

(a) Copper bus bar cap 600 Amp - 04

(b) MCCB four pole with thermal magnetic release adjustable type with breaking capacity 35 KA, 400 Amp - (incomming) 01

(c) MCCB four pole with thermal magnetic release adjustable type with breaking capacity 35 KA, 200 Amp - (Outgoing) - 02

(d) MCCB four pole with thermal magnetic release adjustable type with breaking capacity 35/36 KA,160 Amp (out going)- 03

(e) MCCB four pole with thermal magnetic release adjustable type with breaking capacity 35/36 KA,125 Amp (out going)- 01

(g) RYB neon indicating lamp set of three- 01.

Supply & fixing PVC pipe of dia 15-20mm with required clamps and nut & bolts any type and any grade to LT pole for proection of street light cable or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing SMC junction box including 1 x MCB SP 6 Amp with bus bar suitable for connection (Incoming / outgoing) of three phase & neutral on the LT electric pole of rectangular or circular shape as existing at a height of in between 1-2 mtr with nut, bolt, washer etc. (Make : Syntex or equivalent all as directed by Engr- in- charge).

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duly cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed solid conductor 4 sqmm nominal cross section with 2 core in service connections or all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old Unsv MCCB 400 Amps and Supply and Fix MCCB 400 Amps, 415 Volts TPN, 36 KA breaking capacity and thermal magnetic release type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old Unsv MCCB 250 Amps and Supply and Fix MCCB 250 Amps, 415 Volts TPN, 36 KA breaking capacity and thermal magnetic release type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old Unsv MCCB 200 Amps and Supply and Fix MCCB 200 Amps, 415 Volts TPN, 36 KA breaking capacity and thermal magnetic release type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old Unsv MCCB 160 Amps and Supply and Fix MCCB 160 Amps, 415 Volts TPN, 36 KA breaking capacity and thermal magnetic release type complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old Unsv MCCB 100 Amps and Supply and Fix MCCB 100 Amps, 415 Volts TPN, 36 KA breaking capacity and thermal magnetic release type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & filling and topping up fresh transformer oil having dielectric strength more than 50 KV capacitor at 2.5 mm gap for transformer, all as speceified and directed by Enger-in-charge.

Taking out old cork sheet gasket of transformer of 50 KVA to 400 KVA and supply & fix new super quality gasket of 4mm thickness including making smooth finish of new gasket checking fo leakage after replacement of gasket. Note : Gasket shall be replaced at no extra cost if leakage found after replcement of gasket.

Diconnecting & taking out old unserviceable LV bushings complete from transformer of 50 KVA to 400 KVA and Supply and fix new LV bushings with brass metal part including brass nuts with washers of suitable size inside and outside of the bushings, insulator and reconnecting the LV lead and testing after completion complete upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Diconnecting & taking out old unserviceable HV bushings complete from transformer of 50 KVA to 400 KVA and Supply and fix new HV bushings with brass metal part including brass nuts with washers of suitable size inside and outside of the bushings, insulator and reconnecting the HV lead and testing after completion complete upto the satisfaction of Engr--Charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting the HT/LT connection of outdoor type transformer of 50KVA-200KVA capacity from existing location and Make transporting to the workshop for aluminium rewinding and necessary repairs such as burnt HT/LT coils, repalcement of breather, temperature gauge/replacing the top gasket sheet, other insulating packing materials/HT bushing, LT bushings and defective parts and including painting,reinstalling, testing, commissioning and making all elect and eath connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE - Payment of filling and topping up fresh transformer oil will measured and paid separetly
