At village Atpara (RUIDP SOP 2017/18.8.1.1) Supplying, erecting, testing & commissioning of Hand operated Travelling Crane (HOT) (single bridge girder carrying two wheels , complete with chain pulley block, load chain of welded construction of alloy steel as per IS:2429, hand chains for hoisting & traverse mechanism, totally encased Gears, trolley, trolley track wheels. Axle & shaft, swivel type lifting hook as per IS:3815, lock to prevent hook from swiveling, brakes for lifting gear, suitable parameters and as per the direction of the Engineer. for the above parameters and as per the direction of the Engineer. 2 MT Capacity Span 3 M and Lift 3 M

Air valve Shaft/Chamber (PWD City Circle Jaipur BSR 2019) (B11/1.1.1.1) Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 mtrs. Including taking out excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhri with watering and ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 Mt. all kinds of soil

(B3/3.1.5) Providing & laying cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete using stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size in foundation plinth, excluding the cost of shuttering using M-10 grade mix 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 courese sand : 6 graded stone aggregate mix)

(B3/3.1.1) Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1:2 (1 Cement: 1 coarse sand: 2 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

(B4/4.1) Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structual elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastisizers (if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement - M20 grade Nominal Mix /Design Mix

(B4/4.9) Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets incl. Strutting, propping, bracing bothways and removal of form work for foundations, footings, strap beams,raft bases of columns etc upto plinth level.

(B4/4.1.3.1) Providing and fabricating reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor three level. Hot rolled deformed bars (IS: 1139).

(S3/3.3.2.5) Supplying and fixing ferro cement cover with CI framed for chambers and MH of size 600*450mm to with stand 3 toncenter point load and minimum unfrctired load of 1ton

Gajnai Pump House (PWD 3.2) Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. (3.2.1) M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

(3.1) Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. (3.1.1) M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

(4.9) Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings, strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc.

(4.10) Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel props and removal of formwork for upto floor five level for : (4.10.1) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string course.

(13.17) Removal and refixing stone chhajja 50 to 75 mm thick including finishing, complete in all respects.

(13.1) Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead : With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

(13.18) Replacing broken roofing slab in patches including lime terrace, ceiling plaster etc. including removal of broken slabs.

(5.2) Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : (5.2.1) Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

(5.1) Brick masonry with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth with bricks (5.1.1) Cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

(9.26) Supplying and fixing fixed wire gauge of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to the metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20x3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance.

(9.8.1) Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

(11.18) Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (11.18.2) For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm

(13.31) Repair to damaged cement plaster of stone chajja with CM 1 : 3 of required thickness on top & bottom as per existing pattern and making patta etc complete up to three floor level as per direction of Engineer in charge including all necessary scoffolding etc

Chandawal Pump House (3.1) Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. (3.1.1) M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

(3.1) Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. (3.1.1) M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

(4.9) Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings, strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc.

(4.10) Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways with steel props and removal of formwork for upto floor five level for : (4.10.1) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string course.

(13.17) Removal and refixing stone chhajja 50 to 75 mm thick including finishing, complete in all respects.

(13.1) Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead : With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

(13.18) Replacing broken roofing slab in patches including lime terrace, ceiling plaster etc. including removal of broken slabs.

(9.8.1) Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

(11.18) Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (11.18.2) For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm

(13.31) Repair to damaged cement plaster of stone chajja with CM 1 : 3 of required thickness on top & bottom as per existing pattern and making patta etc complete up to three floor level as per direction of Engineer in charge including all necessary scoffolding etc
