Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50m wide and not exc 1.50m depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays etc getting out in Soft/Loose Soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Surplus Soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F HDPE double wall Corrugated Duct Pipe of Size 40 mm OD and 32 mm ID for Cable Protection laid in trench complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HDPE double wall Corrugated Duct Pipe of Size 77mm OD and 63 mm ID for Cable Protection laid in trench complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HDPE double wall Corrugated Duct Pipe of Size 90 mm OD and 75 mm ID for Cable Protection laid in trench complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the existing road / PCC / drain for taking out / laying of underground cable including necessary earthwork excavation and making good to match with the exisitng surface complete all as specified and with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 by (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 100mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm dia bore galvanised iron light grade for cable protection and sealing both ends including taking out old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No. 8.00 but 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with Solid Copper Rod of dia 16 mm and length 3.00 mtr buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 3.00 Metre deep below the Ground Level ) with Top Edge of Earthing rod not less than 2.90 Metre deep below normal ground level , connected to Copper strip 32x6mm dia by means of Bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and Washers made of copper, 40 mm dia GI Pipe light grade for protection of earthing strip,including filling the pit with 25 kg advanced special Conductolite based BFC compound and necessary earth work in any type of soil , High density PVC Earth pit Cover. Complete including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Earth continuity conductor or Main Earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or reccess or chasses or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to Poles or any other indicated situation for loop GI strip of size 32 mmx6 mm connected to test point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up/down existing defective cable of sizes 2/3/3.5/4 core 10 to 70 sqmm from the trenches / ducts/ along walls / poles / through poles / under roads/ inside sub station complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No. 12.00 but 95 to 300 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of serviceable cable obtained from taking out in same or new location or position i.e. in trenches/on walls/floord/roof/ceiling etc of size 2/3/3.5/4 core 16 to 70 sqmm including necessary cable lugs, gland etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying testing and commissioning in trenches or fixing on wall or passing through pipe or in cable ducts XLPE insulated, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of LT panels/Feeder piller box of any size by complete cleaning of panel and bus bar at chamber with CTC solution, and welding the door using arc welding and fixing of hinges/Locking Handles/latches and necessary nut, bolts, washers and made it completely functional for open/close and incl checking of incoming and out going cable connections, Re-fixing of existing Cables, ACBs & MCCBs, including repairto frame works, rewiring of control and power wiring of LT panel/Feeder with suitable size of FRLS cable but not less than 1.5 sqmm, replaceing of various unserviciable ON/OFF switches, lugs/Gland/Base plate/indicating Lamp/CT Coil etc making the panel fully functional including numbering the LT panel/feeder box and marking on panels (incoming and locations of outgoing MCCBs), to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for painting of LT panel by spraying two coats of epoxy based weather proof paint of colour as directed over a coat of red oxide primer after cleaning of rusty panel surface of both inside/ outside by emery paper and necesary preparation of old steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and opening carefully AMF Panel of 125/82.5/75 KVA DG sets and checking all electrical cable connections and power contactors, assess the defects and damaged parts and rectifying the defects by changing the defective spares including testing the same after replacement of defective spares and reconnecting all connections complete all as specified and directed. Note:- New spares as required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as “Supply only”.

Disconnecting electrically of automatic power factor correcting panel (APFC panel) of 35 KVAr capacity by taking out the enclosure including all components, checking of power factor correction capacitors, APFC relay, capacitor duty contactors complete and refixing the same after duly repaired and replacement of unserviceable components/parts and testing of power factor after repairing complete all as specified and directed. Note: New spare/parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as “Supply only”.
