Earth work excavation in all soils with initial lead and lift excepting all kinds of rock dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and initial lift etc. complete as per direction of departmental officers.

Removal of Excavated Excess Earth away from the site to 5 K.M including loading and transportation charges etc, complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base /base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material charges and machinery fuel charges complete as per clause 406 of MORTH specifications

Providing and laying prime coat of 7kgs/10sqm over WMM Surface treated with primer using 7kgs of Bituminous Emulsion (SS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder using tack coat emulsion distributor(RS1) ,including labour charges for applying the required quantity of Bituminous binder as prime coat manually etc.., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications

Providing and laying Tack coat of 2.5kgs/10sqm over WMM Surface treated with binder using 2.5kgs of Bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder ,including labour charges for applying the required quantity of Bituminous binder using tack coat emulsion distributor(RS1) or as prime coat manually etc.., complete as per 502 of MORTH Rev-5 Specifications

Providing and laying tack coat of 2kgs/10 sqm over the BT surface treated with binder using 2 kgs of bituminous Emulsion (RS) for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of bituminous binder as tack coat manually etc., complete as per 503 of MORTH Specifications

Providing and laying 50 mm compacted thick dense bituminous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.5-13.2 mm graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.2-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below metal with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to C M P site, heating the bitumen and agregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20- 30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory roller to the required density etc.,including labour charges for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit,labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges

SDBC Providing and laying of 25mm compacted thick Semidence Bituminous Concrete using 0.10m3 of 11.2mm IRC metal/ 0.16m3 of 6.7mm IRC metal and 0.11 m3 of 2.8mm and below with 21.60 kgs of bitumen of grade 60/70 and 10% plastic for premixing per 10 m2 including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to power site spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 25mm with mechancial paver to the specified grades and cross section and compaction by 80-100 KN power roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire chrages and fuel charges for 20-30 T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, power finisher power rollers and all another tools and plant required including all other incidental charges etc., completed as per specification using cmp clause 511 of MOST specification

Flooring with bed of cement concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of stone jelly by volume) using 40 mm granite hard broken stones, all machine mixed, laid to uniform thickness of 100mm and top left rought to receive floor finish including all labour charges for concreting, ramming, curing etc, and providing expansion joints, slopes & grades if any etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications at all leads & lifts inside the building.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4, one part of cement, two parts of sand , four parts of 20 mm hard blue granite metal by volume, characteristic strength not less than 20 N/sqmm) machine mixed for all reinforced Cement Concrete works, including scaffolding, cost of all materials, machine mixing, vibrating, lifting, curing, labour charges for laying & finishing etc., but excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcements and also excluding centering and formwork etc., complete complying with the relevant standard specifications at all leads inside the building.
