Providing n Erecting of Pandal and other allied arrangements at Shree Gomanteshwar Devalaya Brahmapuri, Old Goa.

Providing and fixing Non water proof pandal on hire basis. The Pandal shall be erected on G.I. Pipe frame work supported on wooden ballies/ steel props. The roof shall be covered with decorative cloth at the ceiling level supported on wooden ballies/ steel props. The verticle supports shall be covered with decorative cloth for the full height. The pandal shall be erected one day prior to the function and shall be kept till the end of the function as per the directions of Engineer in Charge. The pandal shall be removed and the place shall be cleaned of all rubbish at the end of the function.

Providing Vertical cover of 0.9 mts height on hire etc complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Red/green carpet, as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing & Erecting stage of size 20' x 16' x 2' erected on G.I pipes verticle 2" dia, 2 mm thick with cross pipes bracing with M.S frame work of size 4' x 4' over which 19 mm plywood is laid covered with carpet to give a gooda esthetic look. Also steps to be provided to climb the stage as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Installation of Chemical Portable Toilet on hire basis including cleaning daily by attendants, before and after use. Toilet paper, hand wash, soap dispenser, health faucet, air freshner, mirror, dustbin, bucket with mug etc.to be provided in each unit. Maintaining proper hygiene on a daily basis, pumping the sewage at required intervals to avoid overflowing and foul odour. including transportaion, installation, and removal from site after use etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge on the first day. 14/02/2026

Supplying and placing on rent single piece rotational moulded polythene water tank, having ISI mark and confirming to IS 12701- 1996, at the site including transportation, carriage etc. as per the Direction of Engineer - in Charge. (Tanks to be placed one day prior to the election and taking away from site after election process is over as per the direction of Engineer - in -Charge 500 lits capacity
