Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Outdoor type, step down transformer of 500 KVA capacity,11 KV/433 Volts (at no load) AC 3 phase, 50 HZ, double copper wound type core, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural Air Natural(ONAN) with external cooling tubes delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group Dyn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having tappings at (-) 15% & +5% on HV side to changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after cotinuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius in oil as prevalling at site. The transformer shall be complete with the fittings and accessories comprising of items as mentioned in Annexure -1 of Schedule A - Note :- Annexure -1 of Schedule A is part of Scedule and uploaded with other tender documents. M& L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less that 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing by means of bolts nuts and washers of galvanized iron including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including 40 mm GI tubing light grade and necessary fittings for protection of GI strip including laying of charcoal , dust and common slat , PCC 1:2: 4 type B 1 using 20 mm graded aggregate with earth pit with 40 X 40 X 6.0 mm MS angle iron frame RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2: 4) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia round bar @ 75 mm C/C both way with plastering 15 mm thick CM ( 1: 6) internally and up to 150 mm below ground level externally . PGI funel with wire mesh ,20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No : 03 of SSR part - I 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing completed all specified and directed. Note:- galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm up to 7.5 meter connected to earth point shall be deemed to be included in unit rate.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of vacuum circuit breaker 400 A, Out going (VCBs) HT, 11KV three phase, 250 MVA AC supply, 26.3KA/3 Sec .Vacuum interrupters of the circuit breakers shall not be openly exposed design and shall be completely encapsulated in epoxy housing .The manufacturer of circuit breaker shall also be the manufacturer of the VI used in the breaker. The Circuit Breaker shall be suitable for E2, M2 & C2 (Single capacitor Bank) class duty. The offered circuit breaker should have valid type tests to support the above mentioned duty class. Tripping and/or release coils shall be continuous rated to ensure longer life. Integral spring charging handle to be provided in the CB with fittings and accessories comprising of items as mentioned in Annexure -2 of Schedule A - Note :- Annexure -2 of Schedule A is part of Scedule and uploaded with other tender documents. VCB shall be one of the following Make as approved by the GE : ABB/Siemens/Schneider / C&S .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV Outdoor type extensible HT switch unit ( One way , with out metering panel ) floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of fixed type motorised Vacuum Circuit Breaker . All live parts, bus bars,VCB connections should be enclosed in one tank to avoid multiple interconnections & sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The Unit shall be tested with internal arc of 21 kA for 1 sec with AFLR classification. The gas release and personnel safety with internal arc proofness shall not depend upon plinth design. The release of gases shall be from top of the unit so as that even if the person is operating the unit by opening the cover, top release will ensure safety. The release of gases in no case shall be from sides or bottom of the unit as the same is unsafe because of open plinth in sides in outdoor installations. The internal arc test shall be done for main tank and cable box both separately. Bidder shall provide necessary type test report confirming to IAC AFLR as per IEC 62271-200. .

The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of trouble shooting during breakdown.RMU should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF, Manometer confirms to IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. Bushings bolted type top mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar .The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site.
