REPAIR/ MAINT OF CENTRAL AC PLANT AND COOLING TOWER, AHUs DUCTs, PIPE LINE AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STN NAL

Carrying out maintenance of Central AC plant of 2 x 36 = 72 TR capacity (in working) & 1 x 36 = 36 TR capacity (as stand by) with water cooled microprocessor based having scroll compressor, chilled water system type by regular maintenance by a trained mechanic & OEM rep as and when required (on order)for checking /rectifying defects to make the plant in serviceable condition within 24 hours in case of Major break down, along with all tools ,brazing tools and materials electrical testing tools etc to make plant serviceable including setting of in/out temperature of microprocessor control panel and also required dismantling ,refixing ,serviceable parts and replacing of defective parts ( New parts shall be measured and paid separately and paid under respective item of " Sch A" as Supply only) complete all as specified and directed for following plants The work per unit includes :- (i) General visit to be done as ordered to carry out work during contract period by OEM rep in addition to daily visit of Mechanic. (ii) Checking of proper functioning of microprocessor and all its parameters are as specified if any error ,resetting as per design condition. (iii) Checking, repairing of control wiring. (iv) Checking /setting of water flow switch ,HP & LP switch. (v) Checking of refrigerant gas pressure and oil level in compressor. (vi) Functioning of chiller & condenser with design parameter. (vii) Functioning of compressors , charging of ref gas with provn of all T&P. (viii) All other functioning of control parameter of AC plants required for achieving design parameter of conditioned space. (Make - Blue star)

All as per Item no 01 here in before but plant 2 x 7.5 TR = 15 TR Capacity (in working) & 1 x 7.5 TR = 7.5 TR Capacity (as stand by) Package type unit , Make - Voltas Note :- for Item serial number 1.00 to 1.10 (i) T&P and skilled trade man required and replacement of required parts including cleaning of AC plant. The cost for same is deemed to be included in quoted rate (ii) The defective /nonfunctional parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of sch 'A' and fixing rates for new items are deemed to included under these items . (iii) Tradesmen shall rush to spot of fault within 2 Hours of lodging complaint by the User Rep, JE in Charge or Engr-in-Charge telephonically or by any other means at their own arrangement to restore the faults of equipments and to attend the complaint. If the complaint is not attended within 24 Hour, a penalty of Rs 1000.00 Per complaint per Hour shall be imposed on contractor.
