Providing and Fixing of Traffic Signal Poles instead of Old Damage/Broken Traffic Signal poles at different Road crossing of Noida

Dismantling of pole/street Lightr standard / strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as per required (DSR -2018/Item No. 12.42 P-46)

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 06 Mtr Long Cantilever GI Pole with 3 to 6 mtr arm lenth (as per site requirement) for Traffic Signal, hot dip galvanised after febrication with silver coating of 86 micron as per IS 2629. Pole with allen bolt foundation, template nut & bolts galvanised factory finished suitable 20 mm thick base plate etc., complete as required. The pole shall be made of minimum 4.5mm thickness sheet and cantilever arm shall be of minimum 3.2 mm thickness sheet. The column shall also be provided with flush door at the bottom with proper strengthening to the cutout of the door opening, incl all accessories and foundation as required as per attach drawing and approved by E/I. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means(Hydraulic excavator) over areas( exceeding 30cm in depth 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including getting out ADN disposal exacavated earth . Lead upto 50M and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by E/I. The contractor has detected different utilities like sewer line, Water Pipe line, Electric cable, Telephone cable, gas pipe lne etc. using utiity detecting machine before start of excavation only after getting permision of E/I All kinds of soil. Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, side of foundation etc. in layers not exceding 20 cmm depth consolidating each deposisted layers by ramming and watering lead upto 50 and lift upto 1.5 mtr (AOR)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : -a)-Foundations, footings, Bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (DSR Civil-18/I.No.-5.9.1/P-96)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. -a)-Cold twisted bars. (AOR)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level -a)- 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand(zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). (DSR Civil-18/I.No.-4.1.8/P-86)

b)- 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (DSR Civil-18/I.No.-4.1.3/P-86 )

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(AOR)
