1.)Construction of Two Class room Building in PUM School at Andikarai H/o Gonur.

Earth work Excavation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting, Sectioning the street to lay concrete pavement etc.,

Cement Concrete in 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40 mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete

Filling with Collected M-sand as per standard specifications etc complete

Refilling with excavated earth as per standard specifications etc complete

Brick work in cement Mortor 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using country Bricks of size 23 x 11.5 x 7.5 cms for the following including mixing mortar and all other labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and errecting shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in Foundation Basement and Roof slabs strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces for floors for RCC column footings columns plinth beam and connected with foundations grade beams, raft slabs stair case steps, bed blocks, critical pier, etc beams roof slabs, using mild steelsheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 gouge stiffened, welded with steel angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of 10 cm size x 6.5 cms size spaced at about 90 cms center to center and supported causorina props of 10 cm to 13 cms spaced at 75 cms to center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed (SI - 155) for column footing. Column and sunshade

R.C.C. 1:1.5:3-using 20mm ISS HBGS metal including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position inild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard (MS rods or RTS rods) which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate. The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Weathering course with brick jelly lime concrete in the proportion of 32:12.5 by volume including cost and conveyance of all and labour charges etc. complete.

Cement Concrete in 1 : 2 : 4 mix using 20 mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of pressed tiles of size 20 X 20 X 2 mm laid in CM 1:3 12 mm thick mixes with W.P. compound laid 2 % weight of cement etc., complete.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Plastering with C. M 1:5 mix, 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Painting two coats over new iron work using synthetic enamal paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc complete

Distempering 2 coats with approved Distemper over one coat of Primaring coat of Cement Paint cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with std, specification.

Painting two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion over one coat of Priming coat of Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade.
