Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth: for foundationetc or for manholes, laying of pipe in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil, including spreading, leveling watering & well rammng in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) to a distance not exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & diected.

Refixing of old steel tubing and connections in existing and new position including cleaning internally and externally, any grade/make in trenches/wall/floor/ceiling including all type of new fittings i.e. sockets, Tee union elbow etc alongwith taking down form trenches/wall/floors etc complete all as specified and directed of follwing size:- Note for item No 8 to 17 : Excavation RFR shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items

Taking down for Repairing cleaning and rectifying the GI pipe line, float valve (minor repair) and make it functional as required at site and directed by Engineer-in-Charge with all GI fittings, complete all as specified. Note : - (a) Earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of this schedule. (b) Quoted rate is deemed to be included for S&F of GI fittings like socket, elbow union , tee and nipple wherever required during repairing of GI pipe/float valve. (c) The unit rate includes GI pipe taking down upto 5.0 mtr from OHT reservior.

Construction of new valve pit brick mesonary including dismantling existing unsv valve pit complete with mild steel sheet cover 3 mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm duly painted with two coats of shynthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and including locking arrangement with lock and lifting handle all as specified and shown on drawing brick work of inner surface of pit shall be plastered in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.
