Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Supply, lay & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric aluminium conductor cable 11000 volts (earthed) grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core with DWC pipe of suitable dia for protection and including disconnecting and removing old unserviceable cable and bricks complete all as directed.

Disconnecting the faulty cable ends, removing the faulty cable joint and M & L for heat shrinkable HT 11 KV (earthed) indoor type joint suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 95 Sqmm , jointing and testing, reconnecting the cable ends complete all as directed

All as per item No 10 above but for HT 11 KV (earthed) outdoor type cable joint of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as directed

Disconnecting the faulty cable ends, removing the faulty cable joint and M & L for jointing with 11 KV (Earthed) straight through heat shrinkable type cable joint kit, testing and reconnecting the cable ends complete suitable for 3 core 95 Sqmm aluminum conductor all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the broken / worn out cable route indicator S & F cable route indicator made out of PCC 1:3:6 of size 300x100mm, 450mm above ground level finished even and fair with 10mm thick plaster 1.6 embedded upto 600mm below ground level of size 300x300mm and marked/ written for HT 11KV including indicating direction with and including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for shifting of transformer of any capacity from one area to another area and placing in position and making all connections including removing and depositing the old transformer to store yard carefully and properly testing and commissioning transformer all as directed .

Disconnecting the transformer indoor/ out door from HT (11 KV) / LT(440 volt) side at site dismantling carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover with conservator tank, neutral earth strip and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, inspection of core, supply and replacing 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover and reassembling the complete dismantled items, reconnecting the HT/ LT supply cable ends at the site for the following transformers complete all as directed by engineer in charge.

a) Transformer capacity 100KVA to 250 KVA

b) Transformer capacity 300KVA to 500 KVA

Filteration of transformer oil of transformer installed at various locations out door/in door transformer to achieve electric strength of 40 KV for 1 minute at 4mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filteration plant, testing of oil for di electric strength before and after filteration shall be conducted all as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note : Test results after filteration shall be produced on completion.

Supply and topping up new transformer oil into the conservator tank/body tank of the transformer at various location complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Make : Power Oil or its equivalent) Note : The transformer oil for topping up shall be with di-electric strength of 40KV

Material and Labour for insulating the defective coils of the transformer winding the with new insulation materials, bracings the terminals before placing into the transformer and assembling the HT / LT coil with new insulation between core and LT coil all as required and fitting the coils in the chamber, testing and commissioning the transformer after providing necessary connections complete including transportation to workshop all as directed.

a) Transformer capacity 100KVA to 250 KVA

b) Transformer capacity 300KVA to 500 KVA

Material and Labour for rewinding of HT /LT windings of transformer of capacity 200 KVA, winding the defective coils with approved quality copper wire as per IS of same gauge and existing size together with new insulation materials, bracings the terminals before placing into the transformer and assembling the HT / LT coil with new insulation between core and LT coil all as required and fitting the coils in the chamber, testing and commissioning the transformer after providing necessary connections complete including transportation to workshop all as directed.

a) Transformer capacity 100 KVA

b) Transformer capacity 200 KVA

M & L for Spray Painting of transformer of capacity up to 200 KVA with two coats of synthetic enamel paint and writing the MES / SM No in white color on black back ground all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 20 above but for capacity up to 250 KVA to 1000 KVA all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for replacing silica gel breather for the following sizes of transformers:-

(a) 100 to 250 KVA

(b) 300 to 500 KVA

Taking out old unserviceable defective HT bushings from transformers and material and labour for new porcelain bushing with brass stud, nuts and washers, connecting to the winding testing and commissioning the transformer of capacity 100 to 250KVA complete all as directed

M&L for cleaning of MES electric supply installations/campus by surface dressing or trimming of natural ground to remove small inequalities (including removing vegetation/ shrubs/brush wood/under growth) and carrying away the rubbish to a distance of not exceeding 50 meters away complete for the various sub station all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade 80mm bore, including necessary fittings ISI marked, for cable protection.

M&L for road cutting and making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) of 150mm X 100mm in respect of width and thickness complete all as directed by Engr -in- charge.

S & F in repair 08 windows announciator 24 V DC operated and with Buchholz trip, winding temperature high trip, oil temperature high trip, Buchhloz alarm, winding temperature high alarm, oil temperature high alarm, spare complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Push buttons ON/OFF suitable for 11 KV panel existing size and including removing old unserviceable (colour-Red/Green/Black) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Hooter for announciator panel complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing/calibration to 11 KV HT VCB (SF-6 type) complete including the following:- a) Taking out 11 KV HT VCB/(SF 6 type) of 400 /800 Amps rating trolley from HT panel after switching off electric supply checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of HT VCB/SF 6 type trolley including opening the VCB/SF-6 type & checking the mechanical system. Cleaning & servicing the fixed/moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/greasing and reassembling the VCB/SF-6 type including connection to HT panel (b) Taking out relay set ( 2 Nos over current & 01 No earth fault relay) of any make from HT 11 KV VCB / SF-6 type panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibrate the relay by relay testing kit & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed. Note for (a) & (b):- (i) Testing of above job to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer/service centre of concerned OBC. (ii) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (iii) Contractor shall submit the connected document/graph for relay calibration duly authenticated by authorised dealer/service center.

Supply & Fixing shunt trip coil assembly suitable for HT, (SF -6 type)/VCB, operating on 30/110 volt system and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing closing/tripping coil operated on 110 /30 volt system suitable for working of relay of HT (SF-6 type)/VCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of faulty oil temperature indicator with trip and alarm contacts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing in repairs power pack units with maintenance free solid batteries in sheet metal enclosure with arrangements for mounting on the existing 11 KV VCBs panels with nuts and bolts and capable of providing 30 V DC current to the VCBs during power failure for a continuous period of not less than 12 hours, for functioning of relays, charging motor and other parameters complete all as specified and directed.

Opening the top cover of VCBs 11 KV and servicing of fixed and moving contacts, replacement of defective components of panel board like lamp indicators, calibration of digital meters, over load protection relay, time delay relay/ earth fault relay, charging spring etc. Cleaning the fixed and moving contact inside the VCBs properly, servicing and greasing all movable mechanism, replacement of defective fuses, wiring and reassembling and testing complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling the unserviceable cross arms and M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as directed.

Taking down carefully and refixing the existing alluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15mm as roof conductors and down conductor fixed on bldgs above ground level all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( Note : Porcelain conductors required will be measured and paid separately)

S&F porcelain insulators with screws, bolt and nut for fixing the aluminium strip along with necessary fixing accessories as required all as specified and directed.

M & L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including, 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex, head screw all as specified and directed.

Restringing only ACSR conductor of any type/ size on existing HT poles etc incl binding on insulator pin, shackle with aluminium binding wire all as directed. (Note : Single line conductor shall be measured as one unit)

Cutting and brooming and clearing tree branches/ plants/ bushes obstructing the LT/HT OH lines up to 3.0 mtrs on both sides including disposal of materials to a distance of 50 meters complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Disconnecting ACSR conductor any type and supply and fixing ACSR conductor of any size/ type for OH line on poles insulator for jumpering connection incl binding insulators with aluminium wire all as specified and directed

M & L for Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia

Serviceing/calibration to 22 KV HT POVCB complete including the following:- (a) Checking the 22 KV HT POVCB/(SF 6 type) of 1600 Amps rating HT panel after switching off electric supply checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of HT POVCB including servicing the CR Panel & checking the mechanical system. Cleaning & servicing the fixed/moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/greasing the including replacing the control cables as required for connection to CR panel (b) Taking out relay set ( 2 Nos over current & 01 No earth fault relay) of any make from HT 22 KV CR panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibrate the relay by relay testing kit & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed. Note for (a) & (b):- (i) Testing of above job to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer/service centre of concerned OBC. (ii) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (iii) Contractor shall submit the connected document/graph for relay calibration duly authenticated by authorised dealer/service center.

Supply and fix in repairs battery bank of capacity 24 volt consisting of ( 02 Nos each of 12 V maintenance free battery of 120 AH capacity) with replacement of battery bank of capacity 24 V, consisting of (12 Nos) of 02 Volts Each 120 AH maintenance free "Exide" make for system voltage 24 V, including disconnection of old U/S battery bank complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing the battery bank by replacing the unserviceable spares, meters all as specified and as specified
