Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. as per PWD sl no. 2.8.1

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 6 :12 (1 cement: 6 C.sand: 8 graded brick aggregate 40mm nominal size.) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per (UPPWD SOR sl no. 273)

First class brick work 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 1.25 FM mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work (UPPWD SOR si. no. 6.1.1)

12mm thick plaster in 1:4 in cement and coarse sand including supply of all materials, labour, tools, plants etc. required for proper completion of work (UPPWD SOR s.i. no. 13.4.1)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 2 :4 (1 cement: 2 C.sand: 20 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work (UPPWD SOR sl. no. 4.1.3)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Cement concrete pavement constuction of un- reinforced, dowel jointd at expansion and constuction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as pere desing, over a prepared sub base , eith 43 grade cement or any other type as per caluse 1501,2.2M30(Grade), provision of contraction and expansion, constraction joint applying debonding strips, primer seailant, dowel bars, neer approaches to bridge/ culvert and constuction joints, admixtrue. all respects as analysis of rates

R.C.C. work in slab in 1:2:4 in cement coarse sand & 20mm grade stone grit excluding supply of reinforcement but including cost of centering and shuttering etc. all respects as pwd S.I. No. 5.1.3

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks (UPPWD SOR sl. no. 504)
