REPAIR MAINT OF STREET LIGHTS / SECURITY LIGHTS / EXTERNAL LIGHTS AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

Repair / maintenance of street / security lights any type, flood lights, post top lanterns or any other external lights in its position fixed on pole /building structure or by taking down to ground, if required, testing all the compenents / parts, wiring etc, identifying and replacing the defective components like electronic driver,surge protection device (SPD) connection wires/ cable, MCB etc including refixing the fitting to its original position (if taken down), including repair / maint of street light control timer & junction box all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) The rate against the above mentioned item is deemed for cost of labour and allied expenses only. (ii) Cost of spares electronic driver,surge protection device (SPD), connection wire, MCB, timer contactor spares etc) replaced against above mentioned item will be measured & paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A' here-in-below. (iii) The contractor's representative will report to concerned JE E/M at 0900hrs daily to collect the list of defective street light fittings and will submit the completion report on the same day before 1730hrs to the JE E/M. (iv) The contractor has to rectify the defects / repair and make the street light functional within 24 hours from the time the list of defective street lights is handed over to him / his rep by the concerned JE E/M. In case the street light is not made functional for whatsoever reason within the specified time limit, an amount of Rs 150/- per such defective street light per day will be recovered from the amount due to him through RAR / Final Bill. The contractor shall carry out repair / maint work simultaneously for different zones / pocket / areas like :- (a) Training & administrative bldgs area including main road from Trishakti gate to Bombay stadium (b) Offrs residential area D1, D2, D3, E3 including main road from Bombay stadium to peacock bay, road to LVGH & Kondhana (c) JCOs/OR and followers residential area by engaging seprate team of electricians / technicians in order to ensure promptly & timely rectification of defects. (v) Vehicle mounted hydraulic ladder shall be provided on contractor's request which will be measured separately under Schedule 'C'. (vi) The contractor shall maintain proper record of repair / maint in a binded register duly bringing out the details of spares replaced on each and every street light and get it authenticated from concerned JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection every Monday or as and when asked for. (vii) The contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety of his men engaged for executing this work and he will provide all requisite safety equipments and clothings to his men and department shall not be responsible for any kind of mishap / accident / injury to his men. (viii The contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of spares / material required for repair / maint of street lights with the concerned JE E/M against the supply only items here-in-below.

Supply only following street light spares of branded make as mentioned in the list of make enclosed with Particular specifications for replacement:- (i) Electronic driver suitable for 90watts LED security light fittings Make should be as per the Existing manufacturer.

(ii) Electronic driver for 40/ 45 / 48 / 50/60 watts LED road way/Flood light/post top Make should be as per the Existing manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) Electronic driver for 300 watts flood lights Make should be as per the Existing manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

(iv) Electronic driver for 200 watts flood lights Make should be as per the Existing manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

(v) Electronic driver for 150 watts flood lights Make should be as per the Existing manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

(vi) Electronic driver for 100 watts flood lights Make should be as per the Existing manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

(vii) Surge protection device(SPD) of capacity 10KA compatible with industrail & outdooor LED fixtures Make should be as per the Existing manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

(viii) MCB SP 230 volts B curve 6 amps complete all as specified and directed.

(ix) MCB DP 230 volts C curve 6 amps complete all as specified and directed.

(x) MCB TPN 230 volts C curve 63 amps complete all as specified and directed.

(xi) MCB TPN 230 volts C curve 40 amps complete all as specified and directed.

(xii) Digital time switch, DIN type daily / weekly with 25 ON/OFF programmes , 16 amps 250 volts AC complete all as specified and directed.

(xiii) Power contactor 16/18 amps 3 pole complete all as specified and directed.

(xiv) Power contactor 40 amps 3 pole complete all as specified and directed.

(xv) PVC insulated Copper conductor FRLS grade two core cable 1.5 sqmm, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

(xvi) PVC insulated aluminium conductor two core round cable 1.5 sqmm, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

(xvii) MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole 415 V complete all as specified and directed.

Restreaching tightening and fixing in position, the existing OH ACSR conductor LT Line 3 phase with neutral and earth wire 440 V 5/6 wire by loosing and taking down existing binding wire from the insulator of any size of ACSR conductor and bring it to required sag incl new binding wire and tightening of cross arm on each pole and required trimming of tree branches Note: 1.one Span length (any Nos of wire of conductor )shall be measured as running meter unit 2.Unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to incl for cutting and trimming branches of the trees coming in contact with ACSR conductor and separators complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for straight through joint (epoxy) for PVC insulated and sheathed aluminium conductor under ground cable incl freud , thimbles, nut & bolts, washers etc and testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed (a) 16 sqmm to 35 sqmm 3.5 core

Supply & Laying, jointing & testing of UG LT cables XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor multi stranded armoured heavy duty 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminium lugs of cable size complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filiing in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of digital timer switch distribution board, factory assembled in powder coated sheet steel enclosure, comprising of 40 Amps 3 Pole MCB, power contactor and 230V digital time switch for controlling LED/SV etc street lights , including earth work for fixing Timer switch distribution Board and shall be provided 4 Nos 35x35x4mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mt height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 at suitable depth as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement for PVC insulated aluminium conductor two core cable 2.5 sqmm ISI marked including PVC conduit pipes of dia not less than 19 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Busbar panel weather proof outdoor type single door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 ( Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The Panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-55, Gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be provided to render the joints dust proof. All doors and covers shall be provided with cylindrical panel locks and shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and shall be lockable. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars, 300mm X 40mm X 5mm (thickness) electrolytic grade of adequate rating. The bus bars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with 4. RYB & black colour coding and fix horizontally. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in a dedicated compartment. including incoming and outgoing cable connection, glands, thimbles All joints and connection shall be done with galvanised or codmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers. The panel shall be provided with 04 Nos 25mmx25mmx3mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.6 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted on wall (at Sudan Dome)and suitable fixing arranement as per site requirement. The overall size of the Busbar panel shall be 350mmx200mmx400mm (LxBxH).including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 complete all as specified and directed.
