Part I (M&O) Out sourcing service for operation , safe guyarding and maintenance of sewage treatment plant SBR type (capacity-0.68 MLD )including various electrical and mechanical equipments at Aundh Map qtrs area and maintenance of STP as per design parameter given in PS, testing of treated water PCB norms all as specified and directed by Enr-in-charge by employing suitably qualified & experienced FGMs 02 Nos ,heleper- 01 Nos for two shifts (one FGM for each shift ie. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and helper will standby for night hours for all days including sunday and holiday). The trades men will be in possession of required working/safety tools to operate the plant /DG set/controll panels.The person should carrying out the maintenance of plant and keeping the installation neat and clean.All documents related to the equipments such as log sheet , record of MSEB power supply are to be maintained as per prescribed format approved by Engr- in-Charge .The installation consist of the following a)Raw sewage pump 7.5 HP capacity- 02 Nos b)Raw sewage equvation pump 12 HP capacity-02 Nos c) Sludge pump 5 HP_01 Nos d)Filter bed pump 10 HP - 02 e) Treated water discharge pressure pump 25 HP 02 Nos f) Air compressor 400 cum/hr with 20 HP motor capacity - 02 Nos g) DG set 75 KVA with control panel - 01 Nos (h) Treated water discharge submersible pump 30 HP capacity- 01 Nos (j) Main control panels -03 Nos

Part II ( Allied works) :- Disconnection of electric connection taking out of submersible pump set 5 HP capacity complete from sump disconecting of pump for cleaning of blockage sludge servicing of pump , checking of all other parts for its serviceability after repairing , testing of pump entirly and lowering in existing position all as specified and directed .

All as per item no 3 above but 7.5 HP capacity sebmersible pump

Disconnection of electric connection taking out of Non clog vertical submersible pumps complete from sump disconecting of motor opening of motor removing sludges ,cleaning of slots including replacement of burnt copper winding with existiing size/ gauge and other spare parts such as oil seal,glands etc and after repairing , testing of pump set, lowering in existing position all as specified and directed of Submersible pump 5 HP 3 phase 415 volt capacity:- .

Dismantling the coupling and taking out 7.5 HP pump ( make- Kirlosker) from pump motor set fixed in, foundation and transport to work shop opening the pump, replacement unserviceable bearing and bushes and worn out nut and bolts gaskets, machining of shafts, over hauling & greasing of pump and reassembling packing gland with suitable size after fixing with motor , testing of motor and pump with full load at site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

All as per item No 09 above 25 HP pump ( make- Kirlosker)

Disconnectioning of electric connection and dismantling and taking out burnt electric motor from foundation for repair in local workshop ,opening of motor for rewinding wth super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as existing and varnishing, heating and testing after repair upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge re-after repair reassembling and fixing it in its original location of 10 HP, 3 Phase, 440 Volt capcity (make- Kirlosker) :-

M&L for replacement of submersible cable round/flat of 4 core 6 Sqmm with multistanded copper coundecter all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement fine bubble air diffuser type 63-1000 membrane OD 63 mm length 1000 mm air flow rate 7.0 – 10.0 m3/hr all as specified and directed.

Supply only sodium hypochlorite solution 6% strength in sealed container all as specified all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairscast iron butterfly valves with SS. disc ‘ISI ’ marked lever operated PN-1.6 of 200 mm size.

Dismanling the UNSV pressure guage and S&F new pressure gause and S&F new pressure gauge with pressure range 0-40 Kg/sq cm

Supply and Fix in replacement of CTs of 100/5 current rating AC, 415 V, three phase including connecting to supply as per existing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement UPVC Pipe (SCH- 80) heavy duty of size 100 mm outer dia including necessary fittings such as tees, bends elbows & reducer etc complete as specified directed Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured separately under respective items.

Supply and laying in replacement 95 Sq mm 3.5 core XLPE armoured, LT 1100 V grade heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor through pipes/road crossing, in ducts, on poles, trenches etc of Note :- Excavation and earth work, sand cushion, brick cover and protection pipe shall be measured separately under respective items.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated copper power cables armoured of size 6 sq mm 3 core 650/1100 Volts Grade confirming to IS : 7098 (Pt-1) 1988, through pipes / cable duct all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m depth (for taking out and laying of water pipe line and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading ,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as directed.

Removing of excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as base concrete
