SCHEDULE 'A' (B/R WORK)

Material and Labour for Cleaning and removal of all scale, dirt,mud and any foreign material and removing accumulated silt etc from RCC/PVC tank and from mouth of circulating pipes of any dia etc, repairs to minor cracks, stopping leakage of inlet/outlet pipe by tightening of joints and alike and making joints leak proof of capacity of tank exceeding 250 Litres and not exceeding 500 Litres all as specified including marking with white paint up to height of G+8 stories all as specified and directed. Note:- Marking of Date of cleaning and Due Date with stencil with white paint.

All as per Item No 02 above but exc 700 but n exc 1000 ltrs tank capacity all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 02 above but 2000 ltrs tank capacity all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 02 above but 5000 ltrs tank capacity all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from stone/brick walls including raking out joints for keys and scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick Rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Supply and Fix 20 mm outer dia 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN 16) UV stabilized and composite pressure pipes including all Crimp type internal sealing Plastic metal Composite fittings (such as elbows, tees, reducers, couplers, short pieces, connectors, etc.) and hooks (in case of concealed pipe work)/ clamps (in case of exposed pipe work) etc complete all as specified. having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors including taking down GI Pipe 15mm bore alongwith necessary scaffoldings upto G+8 stories complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No.10 above but for 25 mm dia pipe including taking down GI Pipe 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer all as per manufacture's instruction including necessary scaffolding upto G+4, stories etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork built in cement motar, stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Brickwork with flyash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including all fittings i.e tank nipple, 25mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut etc, hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of existing tank all as specified and directed

Supply and Fix rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of double layers of 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) including all fittings i.e tank nipple, 20 mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut etc, hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of existing tank all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs EWC Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) but Plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china water closet orissa pattern, size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe).

Supply and fixing in repair low level flushing cistern of 10 litre capacity, body moulded from virgin quality high impact polypropylene and functional parts moulded from engineering grade ABS and nylon, including nylon gland, complete with brackets, flush pipe of required size and 15 mm bore, 450 mm long PVC connection, complete in all respects as directed.

S&F in repair Health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix in repairs CP Angle/ stop valve 15mm dia fancy type high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Fancy type CP stop valve 15mm dia cast copper alloy with long shank and cup (concealed type) screwed down high pressure with half turn type knob/capstan heads, screwed both end for iron pipe or for unions and fixed.complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm bore dia chromium plated fancy type Bib taps, with knob/ capstan head with long shank, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Wash basins, vitreous china (flat back or angle back type) of size 550x400mm, including 32mm waste coupling , cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand inclusive of waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pillar taps, 15mm bore chromium plated fancy type, with capstan heads, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs tubular towel rail, 20mm dia, 'D' type, 60cm long between flanges made of brass chromium plated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Fibre glass shelf assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Gratings round or square with or without waste hole of PTMT125mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair SS Soap dish, any type, fixed to plugs with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair 125 mm dia Fancy type CP shower rose all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix PVC waste pipe of 32 mm dia for sink and WHB complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 50mm dia bore pipe low density LDPE fixed to wall, ceiling or in floors etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC (SWR) floor trap, 75mm dia plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on roof top surfaces in CM 1:3 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) including taking down existing surface and opening of cracks and cleaning of existing roof top surface with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of roof top/sunken new or old surfaces and clean/ cutting of existing cracks and filling with Dr fixit Code No 190 Roof seal flex and applying one or more coat of Dr fixit Code No 148 Roof seal @ 0.9 ltr/ Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:7:12 type F2 using brick coarse aggregate as in sunken slab and applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm on plastered surfaces over a coat of primer (Priming surfaces and applying normal treatment (for moderate condition) using glass fibre base bitumen felt, grade2) including Cleaning the side/bottom of sunken floor with wire brushes, drying to receive the water proofing material and applying pidilite/Aqualite in the sunken portion (floor/sides) including demolition and disposal as per manufactures instructions and directed by Engineer-in-charge and testing for leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for non- skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic coloured design tiles 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 300X 7mmthick in vertical surface etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair 20mm bore Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 gms) all as specified and directed.

All as per tem No 53 above but 25mm dia.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair PVC Service Tank Cover with frame of circular thread type of heavy duty and frame will be fitted to OHT with PVC nut and Bolts upto 2000 litres capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphosphate solution ( 4 % concentration ) of 20ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30mm deep. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25ml glyphosphate ( 4% concent) rating dulited with 1 ltr of water. All roots / plants shall be removed completely and making good with cement concrete/mortar and finished the surfaces matching to existing surfaces of wall / floor with acrylic paint all as directed by EIC. etc sectional area not exc 0.10 Sqm each necessary scaffolding upto G+8 stories complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls exc half brick but not exc one brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts/ rafters /pipes etc and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required and including necessary scaffoldings upto G+4, stories etc complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule of credit amount brought back from Ser Page No.37 - Rs.7,060.00 will be deducted from the above quoted amount to derive the contract sum. SIGNATURE OF CONTRACTOR
