TENDER FOR COLLECTING, LOADING,TRANSPORTING AND UNLOADING THE GARBAGE / DEBRIS AT EE (C)ND DIVISION

1.Collecting, Loading, transporting and dumping the waste materials such as debris collected any where inside the harbour premises in and around the northern division and dumping in low lying areas / dumping site all as directed at site of work within a lead of 4 kms including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: 1).Payment will be made based on the trip sheet measurements. 2).The tenderer shall maintain the trip sheets in Trust's approved format at his own cost for the qunatity of debris transported. 3). No deduction for voids for the debris will be made. 4).The debris transportation should be covered with net / plastic cover to avoid the spillage of debris. 5).Payment will be based on the lorry cubical content.

Collecting, Loading, transporting and dumping the accumulated Garbage generated through sweeping, Canteen waste and garbage collected in dust bins and other swept materials / waste materials, dry weeds, vegetation growth etc., in the locations in and around the Northern Division and dumping in the low lying areas of "O&A" Yard dumping site or as directed at site of work within a lead of 4 Kms including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note: 1).The Contractor shall engage lorry/Tractor whenever required as directed at site. 2).The Contractor has to make his own arrangements to collect all the waste materials on roads and open yard etc., 3).The Contractor should make his own arrangement to cover the lorry / tractor trailer load during transportation to avoid the spillage of garbage. 4). Payment will be made based on the trip sheet measurements. 5).The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in ChPT’s approved format at his own cost for the quantity of garbage transported. 6).Cubic contents will be arrived at based on lorry / tractor trailer measurements for the quantity of Garbage transported. 7).The contractor should take all safety measures while working at site and during transportation.
