Operation and Maintenance of all internal & external electrical and mechanical installations located at Power House,Terminal Building, NDB Building, Residential Colony and Operational Area, attending to complaints/ faults/ breakdowns, ensuring serviceability and satisfactory working condition of the system, performing preventive maintenance, maintaining the records/ documentation etc. as per special conditions of contract by deploying minimum manpower as per SCC clause 24 of Page SCC-05.

Comprehensive maintenance of 1.5 TR window type air conditioning unit with voltage stablizer including replacement of defective compresser, charging the gas and replacement of other parts as required for ONE UNIT for ONE MONTH.

Comprehensive maintenance of 1.5 / 2 TR split air conditioning unit with voltage stablizer including replacement of defective compresser, charging the gas and other parts as required for ONE UNIT for ONE MONTH.

Comprehensive maintenance of 2.0 TR Cassette type split air conditioning unit with voltage stablizer including replacement of defective compresser, charging the gas and other parts as required for ONE UNIT for ONE MONTH.

Comprehensive maintenance of 3.0 TR Tower type air conditioning unit with voltage stablizer including replacement of defective compresser, charging the gas and other parts as required for ONE UNIT for ONE MONTH.

Comprehensive maintenance of water cooler having capacity upto 150 Ltr. including replacement of defective compresser, charging the gas and other parts as required for ONE UNIT for ONE MONTH.

Comprehensive maintenance of Reverse Osmosis Unit of 50 LPH capacity including replacement of defective parts as required for ONE UNIT for ONE MONTH.

Comprehensive maintenance of Reverse Osmosis Unit of 25 LPH capacity including replacement of defective parts as required for ONE UNIT for ONE MONTH.

Visit charges of service engineer as & when required from specialized firm for inspection & breakdown maintenance of AMF/LT Panel etc. complete as per site requirement.

Rewinding of ceiling fans of 1200/1400 mm with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge & insulation grade i/c replacement of ball bearing, shaft etc. as required.

Rewinding of Exhaust fans/ pedestal fan/wall mounted fan of all size, with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge & insulation grade i/c replacement of ball bearing, shaft etc. as required.

Supply of 12V, 100AH, Lead Acid Battery with buyback of old batteries, suitable for 35 KVA Cummins Make D.G. Sets, complete as required.

Supply of 12V, 35 AH, SMF Battery with buyback of old batteries.

Visit Charges of service engineer quarterly basis and to attend breakdown maintenance (as & when required)of 75 KVA DG Set from authorized dealer of KOEL etc. complete as per site requirement. (One job for three Months)

Carriying out the B-check maintenance of 75 KVA, D.G. Set (Make-KOEL), from authorized dealer of KOEL i/c supply of B-check kit, Lube Oil etc. and submission of report. B-Check kit containing follwing Items:- i) Spin on Lube Oil filter - 01No. ii) Fuel Filter Element Pre - 01No. iii) Fuel Filter Element Micro - 01No. iv) V-Belt XPA 1250 Cogged - 01No. v) Air Cleaner Element - 01 No. vi) Coolant - 13 Ltr. vii) Kriloskar care super genuine oil - 13Ltr.
