Supplying and Filling of new transformer oil in ready to use condition of existing 315 KVA transformers installed at sub station of CH BSF Kadamtal etc as reqd.
Supply and fixing of lead gasket set complete in all respect including removing of leakage, testing commissioning of transformers of up to 315 KVA capacity etc as reqd.
Supply and fixing of new silica gel in breather transformers of up to 315 KVA capacity etc as reqd.
Supply and fixing of new studs for HV and LV side of transformers of up to 315 KVA capacity etc as reqd.
Supply and fixing of HV bushings of transformers of up to 315 KVA capacity etc as reqd.
Supply and fixing of LV bushings of transformers of up to 315 KVA capacity etc as reqd.
Supply and fixing of conical washer for HV/LV side bushings of transformers of up to 315 KVA capacity etc as reqd.
Service charges for disconnection of the transformer and drain out transformer oil from one transformer and kept the same in to the separate drum, cleaning of tank,refixing of above mentioned accessories of the transformer, refilling the oil and testing etc as req.
Painting of anti corrosive red oxide Zink chromate metal primer out side the main tank proper scraping and cleaning complete with all accessories. Spray painting with application of double coat of synthetic enamel finishing D.A. Grey external painting of transformer.
