REPAIR/MAINT OF FENCING, RCC POST, BOUNDARY WALL AND MISC B/R WKS IN OTM ACCN UNDER AGE B/R-I, GE BABINA

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground all as specified

Dismantling fencing wire mesh and ms iron fencing post any type.

Dismantling cast iron work / structural steel work of any description and in any position including doors, gates etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for surface dressing nexc 15 cm deep, site clearance, to remove the bushes and making area workable.

Taking down cement plaster of any description built in cement mortar on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and making good surface all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified

M &L for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in precast post, fencing post, straing or terminal post, struts etc for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 and nexc 250 sq.cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed all as specified

M & L for formwork to edges of concrete, opening in cocnrete walls, floors and roofs and side of RCC/PCC bands in walls and simillar work all exceeding 20 cm wide
