Fixing Vitrified tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles etc complete as per specification and direction of engineer in charge.

Fixing Granaite Slab in floors treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles etc complete as per specification and direction of engineer in charge.

Distempering Wall painting two coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) grade of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacturer like NEROLAC / ASIAN / BERGER / DULOX or equivalent to make an even finished surface over required putty & 2 coat of primer with water bond cement primer in all heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete.

Two coat Weather coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) exterior grade of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacturer like NEROLAC / ASIAN / BERGER / DULOX or equivalent to make an even finished surface over required putty & 2 coat of primer with water bond cement primer in all heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete.

Putty require coats with any approved shade including cost conveyance royality etc complete as per direction of EIC

Painting two coats of enamel paint over a coat of priming including all costs of labour ,Paint, primer, brushes and putty required for the work etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

DisplayRacks Providing and fixing display racks of 2400mm ht. various sizes in proper position of shelves as per approved design (32mm, 450mm depth, side thickness 100mm) with lower drawer system made up of fire retardant ply board and block board of Century/Archid/ Greenply /sonear make, exposed member as per drawing to be finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved make (Marino/Greenlam/Hidesign) and shade and design. The inner unexposed will be finished with 1 mm thick laminate of approved make including all fittings & fixtures complete as direction of Engineer in-charge.

Display Cum sales Counter Providing and fixing 750mm width X 900mm height display counters with side support made up of 19mm ply, 12mm glass table top, side glass and front glass as specified in the drawing of various sizes in proper position, made of 19mm fire retardant ply of Century /Archid / Greenply / Sonear make Exposed member as per drawing to be finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved make and shade and design. The inner unexposed will be finished with 1 mm thick laminate complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reception and cash Counter Table Providing and fixing in proper position, curved shape reception table of 2100 mm X 750mm made of 19mm BWP ply with drawers shelves and shutters make in 12/19mm ply as specified in the drawing drawers to be mounted on telescopic channels provision for key boards cable manager, auto hinges handle and drawer locks, exposed member as per drawing to be finished with 1mm thick laminate of approved make and shade and design with 12mm thick frosted glass on the top as per design. The inner unexposed will be laminated and complete in all respect as per the instruction of Engineer in charge

GYPSUM FALSE CEILLING:

Providing & fixing gypboard suspended false ceiling with 12.5mm thick MR Ultra Gyp board (Single Layer) Gyproc make with drop ceiling as per approved design with cove light provision for different spaces as per the requirement with G.I. framework(Gypsteel) of perimeter channels, intermediate, channels and ceiling sections) and 12.5mm taped edge gypboard(MR) screw fixed to ceiling section as per design, complete with fixing and finishing of tapered and square edges of board with jointing compound paper tape with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint over suitable primer of Berger/ Asian paint make including all cost of materials, labour, overheads T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in-charge.

CLEAR GLASS FIXED PARTITION/ GLASS DOOR : Providing and fixing of 12mm toughened glass fixed partition/door fixed to the floor ceiling and wall by patch fittings/Wall connecting profile base rail with fixing holes incl. clamping parts with screws and gasket for 12 mm glass with cover profile on both sides. This is also inclusive of providing pattern with stickers, sealant, lock etc. as per the detail design and specifications direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of wall peneling with BWP Block Board/ply laminate with anyLaminart/vinear/mirror etc. finished in all respect as per approved drawing & requirement complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

High pressure laminate with alluminum frame work covering with 3mm exterior grade of approved make finished in all respect with cost of all materials, labour, scafolding etc complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Supply fitting fixing of digital sign board of approved design and lighting system with all cost of material and labour etc. to be provided on the front and back side facet to match the elevation of the building in position as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

ELECTRICAL WORKS.

Supply of all required materials and recessed(concealed) wiring to proposed light points/fan/exhaust fan/call bell points with 2(1x1.5sqm.) PVC insulated 1000v grade FRLS copper were run inside 19 mm PVC conduit pipe of 14 SWG or flexible conduit pipe laid on surface concealed in wall/ceiling alongwith 1(1x1.5sqm) PVC insulated FRLS copper were as earth continuity conductor fixing of 6A-240V modular type switch and complete in all respect including with use of clip-in- type modular plates, boxed, switches, ceiling roses, junction boxes with Bakelite cover as specified and making good to the damages caused and complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply of required materials & recessed wiring to clip-in modular type 5pin 16/6 Amp plug socket with 16 A SP switch on surface of wall including the modular boxes switches with indicator plates, screws and complete in all respect including making good to the damages caused and as per direction EIC.

Supply of all required materials and recessed wiring to circuit/sub-mains with following number & sizes of PVC insulated FRLS 1100v. grade standard copper wire run inside 19mm PVC conduct(14SWG) pipe laid on surface of wall/ceiling and copper wire as earth continuity conductor and complete in all respect including making good to all damages caused and as per the direction of EIC.

Recessed wiring with 2(1x1.5sqm)+1x(1x1.5sqm)copper wire for looping purpose and for AC IDU.

Recessed wring with 2(1x2.5sqm)+1x(1x1.5sqm) copper wire from LDB to SB, and computer point.

Recessed wiring with 2(1x4sqm)+1x(1x2.5sqm) copper wire from LDB to individual 16 Amp socket.

PANNEL & DISTRIBUTION BOARD.

Supply, delivery, installation, testing & commissioning of L.T. indoor floor/ wall mounted type distribution boards made out of 2 mm thick CR sheet metal cubicle fixed on m.s. channel base, duly acid treated for dusting, primered and painted with 2 coats of powder coating of approved shade dust, damp & vermin proof. Having hinged door and compartmental arrangement for each equipment & busbar chamber on the top of the panel running horizontally having provision for cable conduit entry earthing studs as per specification mentioned below duly factory wired conforming to the relevant ISS and as per special conditions of contract making good the damages caused complete as per the direction of EIC.

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

Supply of Modular type VRV ,Top Dischage , Cooling Only outdoor units equipped with highly energy efficient Scroll Compressors with all inverter compressor(s) with variable refrigerant temperature (VRT SMART) and VAV technology, tensile strength of compressor body not less than 600 MPa having compressor motor of 6 pole , each outdoor unit have external static pressure not less than 78 Pa, special designed four faces heat exchanger, ODU dB level less than 65 at a distance 1 Meter, centrifugal fan for condenser, ODU having front suction & top discharge, Y-branch as required, outdoor unit support, auto check function for connection error, auto address setting, refrigerant cooled PCB circuit at ODU and capacity as mentioned below.
