Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 25 mm maximum size graded aggregates using hard granite broken stone in foundations, trenches etc. including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, leveling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks / Flyash bricks in cement mortar 1:5 including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, and Ground floor, etc. for the following floors.-for Basement and Ground Floor

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks / Flyash bricks in cement mortar 1:5 including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. for the following floors.-for above ground floor at all levels

Providing and constructing Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:6 using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry with bond stones at 2.00 metres apart for foundation, basement and in superstructure, compound/boundary walls, including sizing of stones if required, raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts.

Providing Flush pointing over the random rubble masonry wall with cement mortar 1:3 at all levels including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, cutting, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, binding and fixing in position all grades of steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe - 500 D Grade steel confirming to IS 1786 ' SAIL or vizag or approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia with chairs etc in all reinforced cement concrete works, at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/ cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete as per specification and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be produced from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department.

Providing and fixing coloured vitreous china European type Water Closet with 'P' or 'S' Trap with ISI marked colour solid seat and lid of Hindware or Equivalent approved make, 10 litre low level colour PVC flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS:7231, Flush bend , fixing EWC with C.P Brass screws, 15mm PVC heavy quality inlet connection of 600mm long, stop cock, including testing, commissioning & cleaning etc. complete all as per drawings and specifications and as directed at site.

Providing and fixing Heavy Quality 15mm nominal bore C.P. Brass 2 way stop cock ‘ESSCO / PLATO’ or approved equivalent make and type as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Samples to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge)

Providing and fixing Heavy Quality C.P Brass Health Faucet with 1.50metres flexible hose (Hand Shower) of “ESSCO / PLATO” make or approved equivalent make and type complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Samples to be got approved by the Engineer-in-Charge)

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, finishing smooth ,dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete in all respects as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(for Grading-II material)

Providing and laying the following sizes PVC water supply line with 'Finolex / Varun / Truebore' or approved equivalent make PVC pipes suitable for 6 kg/sq.cm pressure and specials confirming & marked to to IS:4985 including jointing with PVC jointing compound, laying and fixing the pipes in the excavated trenches, cost of all types of specials such as tees, reduces, coupler, reducing bushes, threaded adaptor, elbow, tail pieces, caps etc., and testing the line as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.( 110 mm Outer Dia PVC pipe)

Dismantling of RCC works at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, including Cutting and stacking of steel reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.( in various places of NDDP complex)

Providing , Supplying Anti termite chemical Chlorpyriphos emulsifiable concentrate - 20% EC in sealed containers of 5 litres / 10 litres including delivery to site and storing the same as directed by the Engineer incharge

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST- CONSTRUCTIONAL anti termite treatment ( excluding the cost of chemical emulsion ) : Along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 Litres / Sqm of the vertical surfaces of the substructure to a depth of 300mm including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. Complete : With chlorpyriphos / Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% Concentration

Treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand ) to match the existing floor : with chlorpyriphos E.C.20%with 1% concentration

Providing, supplying, fabricating, transporting and fixing at site Steel doors and windows made of MS angles & Sheets including providing hinges, handles , MS Aldrops and painting the surface with a coat of primer and 2 coats of Synthetic Enamal paint all as directed by the Enginee in charge. ( Actual weight will be taken at site for measurement)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints without disturbing structure and cleaning the surface for plaster at all levels including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5, 12mm thick finished with a floating coat of neat cement including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on plain plaster work at all levels with Cement paint (Snowcem or Equivalent approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to give an even shade including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding, curing complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
