Supply and Fix for steel water tubing 15mm bore, galvanised, medium grade with and including provision of all fittings of ISI marked and connected complete including taking down old GI pipe all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix for steel water tubing 20mm bore, galvanised, medium grade with and including provision of all fittings of ISI marked and connected complete including taking down old GI pipe all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix for steel water tubing 25 mm bore, galvanised, medium grade with and including provision of all fittings of ISI marked and connected complete including taking down old GI pipe all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix in repairs CPVC water tubing 20mm bore pipe, SDR 11 including provision of all fittings and connected completed in concealed and surface, along with primer & solvent cement for joint as per ASTM D 2564, pipe material shall be as per ASTM D 1785, fitting/ flanges shall be as per ASTM D2467, including taking down old pipe line in concealed and surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Pipe and fittings made from CPVC shall be clearly marked with manufactures name and trade mark. manufacturer test certificate (MTC) shall be provided.

Supply and Fix in repair 15mm bore stop or angle cock with flange cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repair 20mm bore stop valve cast copper alloy with handle screwed both ends for GI out let/inlet pipe or for union including threading to existing pipes on both ends, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repairs fancy type bib taps, chromium plated 15 mm dia cast copper alloy with crutch or butter fly handle screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repairs 15mm bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repair 10 litre capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern high or low level (exclusive of brackets) white with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250 and not exc 500 litres capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position and cleaning and removing all as scales and dirt, etc from tank and from mouth of circulating pipes, etc complete and washing the tanks by using bleaching powder and clean water & including reconnecting & re-fixing the same in its original position including Note a, b, c & d in this item , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note. (a) writing the date of cleaning on the outer surface of the tank by paint, letters of 3cm height and width including obliterating old writing all as specified and directed. (b) If tank cleaning time, any blockage of internal/external pipe line to be cleared and including all necessary fittings. (c) Before tank cleaning inform to all Qtrs individuals. (d) Before the tank cleaning disconnect and refixing the same position.

Material and Labour for Petty repair to internal water/external inlet water GI pipe line any type including socket, elbow, nipple ,with repair to water blockage , pipe line leakage (arrest the leakage including all fitting) including concealed water tubing etc at any height using scaffolding etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repairs 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks Triple layer in white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including connecting the CP brass float valve of required size, PVC tank cover including all fittings, 20mm bore GI medium grade overflow pipe, 40mm bore GI flush pipe with plug, 15mm bore GI vent pipe and RCC staging a shown on drawings. The length of overflow pipe shall be brought upto nearest sump/outlet of rain water spouts/holes and connect to inlet and outlet pipes, tank nipple, elbow, bend, union, sockets, etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic antifungal paint exterior grade paint plain or camouflage pattern on one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound as URP mix with cement concrete/ cement plaster as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Separating, scraping and cleaning of reinforcement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Demolition of concrete measured separately)

Material and Labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab or shelve etc including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Mild Steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floor aprons, cills etc laid bedded & pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix 20 mm thick granite (any type) machine cut laid over cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 and jointed in grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including mirror polishing and bull nosing edging in any position etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in kerbing all around tile , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix in repair one piece square model water closet floor mounted Square Commode (White) S trap - white ceramic western commode (white) shape-Elongated type, size 685x360x720mm weight not less 20 Kg 'S' trap and slim seat cover & fitting as per Cera Cat Part No S1013164 or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for mirror finished double charged vitrified tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and jointed in white/coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar in 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for glazed ceramic coloured designer concept tiles matching with existing tile 350x250x7 or 450x350x7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10mm thick recuing in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting dado etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for dewatering the sump and reservoir completely to make dry and cleaning of reservoir tank , removing sludge in semi -solid state or liquid state by manually or by pressure pump including necessary arrangement of pump, and removal of sludge, if any, to a distance exc 1.5 km but not exc 5 km, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for chipping and cleaning of existing loose and damaged concrete surface or plaster surface carefully upto 60 mm thickness by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete/surface including cleaning the surface by air jet and stacking & disposal of unserviceable materials to a distance exc 1.5 km but not exc 5 km, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for ready mix plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces on walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for ready mix plaster 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including integral water proof admixture (Chemistik Chemicrete or equivalent) @ 200ml per bag of cement on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth and with moist curing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for ready mix plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with and including integral water proof admixture (Chemistik Chemicrete or equivalent) @ 200mL per bag of cement as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and with moist curing of the surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for providing and fixing welded MS wire mesh weighing not less than 1 kg/sqm on the prepared surface which should be cleaned and should be removed from dirt, fungus and all foreign material, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M-40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (Rates including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete)

Dismantling expanded metal, welded wire fabric not exc 4 kg per sqm any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position for below or above ground floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in 75mm thick as in plinth protection/footpath. finished even & smooth using extra cement and including WPC by weight 3% of total cement content, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for wire brushing, cleaning the surface from loose dirt, mortar dropping etc apply one coat of primer (AC 10 or equivalent) pure acrylic seater allow to dry for 4-5 hrs. Thereafter, applying two coats of Anti-carbonation coating (Chemistik ACP 100 or equivalent) all to cure for 72 hrs. complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Anti-carbonation coating shall be having the following properties :- (a) Vapour permeability - < 0.13 ASTM D1653 (b) Diffusion resistance Co2: Min : 22.00g/(sqm d) (c) Diffusion air layer thickness : Min 11.00/m Din (d) 53122 pt I adhesion min : 2.00 ASTM D-4541 (e) Tensile strength Min 1.5 MPa (f) ASTM D-2370 , allow to cure for 72 hrs.

Material and Labour for filling all visible cracks joints in floor slab etc with Polymeric joint sealant (Chemistik Conjoint-50 or equivalent) by first priming with (Chemistik Primer 10 or equivalent) . Thereafter, apply one bond coat of Epoxy Tac Coat (Chemistik EP TAC 404 or equivalent) prior to laying M-15 concrete in 30mm thickness laid to level to finish. Allow to moist cure for 7 days complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying on new concrete or plastered surfaces one coat of tank waterproof coating (Chemistik CW 100 G or equivalent), allow to cure for 72 hrs. Thereafter, applying three coats of Epoxy Slurry mortar heavy duty tank coating at an interval of 4-6 hrs between each coat complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for providing the following treatment to water reservoir complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (i) Wire brushing, cleaning the surfaces of walls , removing loose dirt, dust, gravel etc on external top and side wall surfaces. (ii) Fill all cracks, joints with (Chemistik Primer 10 or equivalent) and filling the same with Polymeric joint sealant (Chemistik Conjoint-50 or equivalent) and allow to cure for 72 hrs. (iii) Apply one coat of Tank water proof coating (Chemistik CW-100G or equivalent) allow to cure to 24 hrs. (iv) Apply two coats of Anti-carbonation paint (Chemistik ACP 100 or equivalent) allow to cure for 72 hrs . Anti carbonation coating to have following properties:- (a) Vapour permeability - < 0.13 ASTM D1653 (b) Diffusion resistance Co2: Min : 22.00g/(sqm d) (c) Diffusion air layer thickness : Min 11.00/m Din (d) 53122 pt I adhesion min: 2.00 ASTM D-4541 (e) Tensile strength Min 1.5 MPa (f) ASTM D-2370 , allow to cure for 72 hrs.

Material and Labour for scaling/volumetric marking with thick paint on internal surfaces of static water tank including all necessary preparation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying Epoxy Resin Based Concrete Bonding Agent for proper bonding between old surface with micro-concrete/new surface. The bonding agent shall be a two component solvent free epoxy supplied as ready to use at site. The product shall have a minimum pot life of 120 Min at 35°C and an open time of atleast 4-6 Hours @ 30°C up to which new concrete can be poured. It shall develop a minimum compressive strength of 40 MPa and a bond Strength of 11 MPa, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and applying ready to mix cement polymer plaster with high quality polymer additives (Polymer plaster) with 4 MPa compressive strength of required thickness over the entire cleaned surfaces including all tools and tackles, etc. in damaged areas in 40 to 50 mm thickness including levelling profiling etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for removing peepful tress or any type trees/vegetations with root from wall, roof slab, over head tank portions, shafts, rain water pipe portions etc, and applying acid or suitable chemical to the affected area to arrest further growth and making good damaged portions with PCC 1:2:4 , complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- Rate quoted shall include for scaffolding to any height, ladder, covering etc, and all other safety equipments before starting the work.
