8692 SPECIAL REPAIR TO VERTICAL SHAFT TOILET BLOCK OF BOTH SIDE BUILDING NO P-89 OF 450 PERSONNEL LINE AT SOUTH CAMPUS OF AFMC UNDER GE (CENTRAL) PUNE

Dismantling of stone slab or tiles in any description or thickness, laid bedded jointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the sunken portion of toilet/bath/WC/kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust, etc. and including forming angle fillet of size 40 mmx40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or eqvt) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit bathseal tape" and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit bathseal Grout" or eqvt. nahani traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying acrylic cementitious polymer modified elastrometric waterproofing and protective coating like 'Brushbond' of Fosroc or 'Pidifin 2K' of Pidilite of equivalant in Dr. Fixit on sunken floor as per manufacturer's instructions including 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound/liquid complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (a) water proofing compound /liquid shall be measured and paid at supply only rates seperately. (b) After completion waterproofing coating suncken floor filled with water for 7 days for testing all directed by Egr-In-Charge.

M&L for concrete screed M-15 type B0 mixed with intergral WPC (Liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall water proofing compound @ 200ml per bag of cement 50 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 as in filling under floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for colored joint free non skid ceramic tiles or matt finish tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in White or colored cement to match, including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedded layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for colored glazed ceramic tiles (Matt finish) (600mm x300mm)x7 to 8mm thick on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in White or colored cement to match including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing to receive /fixing dado/ skirting tile complete all as specified and directed.
