Part A: Pumping Machineries and others (CWR & Intake site) Labour charges ( with bonus ,PF& ESI for day to day operation & guarding of 75 KWX3nos(2W+1S), 22 KWX2nos(1W+1S) centrifugal Pumping machineriesat CWR Site, 3 nos 75KW V.T. pump at Intake site, dewatering pumps,HOT Cranes, LT Pannel,flow meter, level meter, distribution Valve of OHR,indoor & outdoor lumineries and cleaning of pump house etc. by engaging skilled,semi & unskilled personnel round the clock as per direction of EIC. w.e.f 01.09.2025 to 31.08.2026 [Total 4 nos Operator]

Routine and periodical maintenance of pump motor,including 5 nos centrifugal, ,3 nos V.T. pump, 7 nos submersible pump, ,starters,valves with actuator,dewatering pumps, APFC Panel,HOT Crane,LT Distribution panel box indoor and outdoor luminaries actuator operate distribution valves,cables socketing,tightaning of nut,bolts of sluice valve,air valve,dismentalling joint including replacement of indicating lamp with holder, replacement of gland packing of pumps and sluice valve with proper lubrication of motor bearing etc and others as an when required as per direction of EIC.

Part B: Substation ( CWR & Intake Site) Labour charges( with bonus ,PF&ESI) for day to day round the clock operation and guarding of 2X400KVA, 11/0.433KV transformer, 2x250 KVA, 11/0.433 KV transformer, 2 sets of 3 panel HT Breaker, 12KVA, 630amp,1250 amp ACB,LT Panel,APFC Panel, 110 volt,65AH Battery charger, indoor and outdoor lumanaries etc including sweeping,cleaning of substation buildinig etc by engaging suitable personnel as per direction of EIC [3 nos operator] [Should have diploma or ITI Certificate in elecrical engineeing]

Routine and periodical maintenance of 2nos 400KVA, 11/0.433KV transformer,2x250 KVA, 11/0.433 KV transformer, 2 sets of 3 panel HT Breaker 12KVA 630amp,1250 amp ACB,LT Panel,PDB, APFC Panel, 110 volt,65AH Battery charger, CT & PTs , earthing system , tightening of nuts, bolts of busbar, replacement of control fuses,indicating lamp with holder , socketing , indoor and outdoor lumanaries etc and others as an when required entire the period as per direction of EIC.( For CWR & Intake Site)

Part C: Gaseous Chlorination at Head work & 7 nos OHR sites with 9.3 KW submersible pumping machineries : Operation & guarding of entire gaseous chlorination plant at Head works site and 7(seven) nos OHR sites at Zone - II, III, IV, V, VI, VII & VIII for feeding chlorine gas in the drinking water for disinfection by engaging skilled,semi & unskilled personnel round the clock as per direction of EIC..[8 nos operators] (1 no at head works site and rest at 7 nos OHR) w.e.f 01.09.2025 to 31.08.2026

Inspection ,testing and checking of healthy condition of gaseous chlorination at head works site and 7(seven) nos OHR sites by skilled person as per direction of EIC. Twice in a month. w.e.f 01.09.2025 to 31.08.2026

Servicing,testing and calibration of all meters,viz.ampere meter,volt meter,KW Meter,flow meter,level meter etc test of all relays, starters,APFC Panel,luminaries etc at high lift pump house and all meters,viz.ampere meter,volt meter,KW Meter,breakers, cleaning of carbon shoots from busbar, CT & PT chamber , test of all relays, starters,APFC Panel, testing and checking of BDV of transformer oil, changing of sillica gel, buchholz relay,earth fault relay, master trip,luminaries etc at sub station for smooth operation of sub- station by any testing agency approved by WBSEDCL or directorate of Electricity board or any power generated agency twice in a year followed by submittiing report to the department. w.e.f 01.09.2025 to 31.08.2026 ( For CWR & Intake Site)
