M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete exterior surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required.

(b) Supply & providing water proofing with 3mm thick APP polymeric proofing membran of 3Kg/Sqm HYPERPLAS STANDARD/ MULTIPLAS STANDARD consisting of 100micron HMHDPE film centre core including coating the surface with compatible primer and torch application of membrane with 10cm overlaps as required thereof, complete all as specified and directed. (c) Aluminium bituminous paint @1.10 Kg/Sqm shall be applied over the APP membrane surface. NOTE:- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorised applicator of manufacturer approved by GE.

M & L for Water proofing with testing on roof/ wall with the follwing steps:- STEP-1. Firstly to cleain the existing surface and make the surface dust free. STEP- II. Crack more then 0.5mm the opening of crack in V grove and filling with epoxy mortor. STEP-III. Initial coat (mixed 1/2 liter of water in 1 liter of Roof/ wall seal of Asian paint/ PIDILITE/ STP/ FOSROC/ ACC/ L&T/ MARUIT) as a primer (Area cover 1 liter=9-10 sqmtr) STEP-IV. After six hours of primer, apply first coat (one coat) of Asian paint/ PIDILITE/ STP/ FOSROC/ ACC/ L&T/ MARUIT. roof/ wall seal in a particular direction without mixing of water. Now left it for six hours (Area cover 1 liter= 1.2 sqmtr). STEP-V. After again six hours of first coat and apply the second coat of Roof/ wall seal in a other direction without mixing of water (Area cover 1 liter= 1.2 sqmtr). Now left it 24 hours. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers of authorised applicator of manufacturer. Make Asian paint/ PIDILITE/ STP/ FOSROC/ ACC/ L&T/ MARUIT or equivalent approved by the GE with 10 years of gaurantee.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel/ AC sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings

M & L for applyiny one prime coat acrylic polymer modified water proofing coating (Brushbabd of FOSROC or equivalent) and over that two coats of acrylic polymer modified two component elastomeric water proofing membrance coating (Brush band of fosroc mate or equivalent) for sunken treatment complete all as specified as per manufacturers instruction as directed by engineer-in-charge. Make : Fosroc, Sika, Dr fixit Note :-1. This item shall only be executed through level 4 or level 5 certified and authorised applicator of the company. 2. A gaurantee for 10 years in the form of written agreement shall be submitted by the contractor including testing complete. 3. The rate quoted by the contractor shall include all the provision mention in this item including notes. 4. Applying 15-20mm thick protection plaster 1:3 (Cement : Sand) ration on vertical and horizonal areas admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW Plus (Conforming IS 2645 2003) @200ml per bag of cement all as approved by the GE.
