Dismantling of existing asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, walls etc including ridges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and removing from site & rubbish off the premises.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J or L type hook complete all as specified.

S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete as specified

Dismantling ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc,) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets are removing from site.

S&F Gl frame work 605 x 605mm grid for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. complete all as specified.

S&F Non asbestos fibre cement building boards 7- 8mm fixed or laid/ inserted to GI framework with screws in ceiling flat or sloping complete all as specified

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for Non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 8 above but for work on vertical surfaces such as skirting risers to steps etc over and including screed bed 110mm in CM 1:4.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level). complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick screed in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified.

M&L 50mm thick 1:3:6 type C-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge and removing bricks/brick bats and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified & directed & removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra complete all as specified & directed on external surfaces .

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L prepration of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified .

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of any colour over a primer coat complete all as specified.

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layers on roof complete all as specified and removing rubbish off the premises.

Demolition mud phuska in roofs any thickness incl platering and leeping(whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and removing rubbish off the premises.

M&L applying evenly a bitumen tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kgs/Sqm including cleaning surfaces with wire brush and sweaping complete all as specified.

M&L providing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3Kg/Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/Sqm) land on primed surfaces by forced application APP based polymeric membrance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar ( 1:3 ) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with water proofing compound on roof slab and finishing the surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed. (Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this Schedule).

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate average thickness 50mm as in roof padding incl mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note. water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound. ISI marked as approved by GE.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including formwork complete all as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (with using 40mm graded stone aggregate) finished surface even and smooth as in floor in alternate panel complete all as specfied and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm but not exc 2 sqm and refixing the same opening after resecuring or easing and adjusting etc complete all as specified and directed
