Dismantling and taking down unserviceable street light LED fitting from the pole/High mast pole/Building including disconnecting the cable connections and refixing the same on pole and connecting up, testing complete after necessary repairs to fitting and replacing drivers, connectors etc. wherever required for LED lamp fittings of 25W/30W/45W/100W/200W/250W all as directed. Note:- 1. The spares such as drivers , connectors etc will be measured & paid separately under relevant item. 2. The quoted rate is deemed to be included the cost of replacing of internal connections, screws bolts etc.

M&L Wiring 2number x 2.5 sqmm multistranded PVC insulated aluminum conductor along with new connector for street light fitting connection tapping from the line to light fitting including taking down un-serviceable cable all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs bracket for street light fitting made out of 40mm dia light grade GI tubing bend to required shape 1.5 m long including necessary GI clamps, nuts bolts and washers and fixing to the pole complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs FRP junction box of size 300mm x 200mm x 100 mm with self locking arrangement, fire retardent, comprising of one No MCB SP 06 Amps with suitable din chanel, 4 way 32A PVC connector fixed to pole with Flat iron clamps of size 25x4 mm, nuts and bolts and connecting the incoming and out going cables all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 3 pole power contactor 32 Amps rated capacity 50 cycles 220/240 volts including Incoming & outgoing wiring with copper conductor of 10 sq mm size with suitable copper lugs including taking down un-serviceable contactor complete all as directed.

Taking down LED light fittings of any capacity from pole and refixing back in original position after removing carbon from existing cable complete all as specified & directed

Supply only Driver to the following LED light fitting complete all as specified and directed:-

M & L Low Tension under ground cable PVC insulated armoured heavy duty electric with aluminium conductor 1100Volts grade laid in trenches / passing through pipes of following cross sectional area including taking down of old un-serviceable cable complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide & not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in hard / dense soil for laying cable/erecting poles all as specified & directed

Returning and filling in soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as specified & directed

S & F double walled corrugated HDPE Pipe IS-16205, size inner dia 135 mm, outer dia 120 mm for cable protection in wall/under ground laying of UG cables including SNAP-FIT Coupler with rubber rings,pipe joint lubricant with all fittings as required at site complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 152mm at top and 102mm x 289mm at bottom, class 10 complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point.

M & L G I tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection including taking down the un-serviceable tubing complete all as specified and directed

S & F Rigid non-metalic PVC conduit 20mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/ treminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hook etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs PVC insulated flat twin core sheathed cables standard aluminium conductor 1.1 KV grade of size 6 sqmm cable including taking down old cable all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC insulated flat twin core sheathed cables standard aluminium conductor 1.1 KV grade of size 10 sqmm cable including taking down old cable all as specified & directed.

M&L for LED Bollard in cylindrical shape with opal acrylic diffuser with IP 66 protection asthetically designed aluminium landscape luminaries for diffused lighting with high power LED 9 watt including neccassary excavation and PCC foundation for errecting Bollard as per manufacture recomendation including taking down old un-serviceable fitting all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light 30 watts made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection, Surge protection and impact resistance of IK07 LED 30 watt including taking down un-serviceable fitting all as specified and directed.

S & F LED post top lantern light fitting made of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material suitable for retrofit LED B22 base with 10W/12W lamp including LED driver including taking down un-serviceable fitting complete with all accessories all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repairs PVC insulated flat twin core sheathed cables standard aluminium conductor 1.1 KV grade of size 16 sqmm cable including taking down old cable all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light 45 watts made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection, Surge protection and impact resistance of IK07 LED 45 watt including taking down un-serviceable fitting all as specified and directed.

M & L mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old corroded M S arms etc complete all as specified and directed .
