Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of viscosity grade VG-10 (80/100) confirming to IS:73 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing Runway/Road surface as per specifications complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. If the actual quantity of bitumen varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen shall be done as per rate in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of VG-10 bitumen exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment. 0.35 Kg/Sqm on existing bituminous surface

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity, Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification , drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering pupose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 110 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt, Refineries and 2% cement by weight of agggregates as filler material].

2.5 cm thick bitumastic sheet with hot bitumen of approved quality, using stone chippings (60% with 12.5 mm nominal size and 40% with 10 mm nominal size) @ 1.65 cum per 100 sqm and coarse sand @ 1.65 cum per 100 sqm of road surface and with bitumen @ 56 kg/cum of stone chippings and @ 128 kg/cum of sand over a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne etc. complete. (tack coat to be paid separately) : With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30

Providing and fixing Glow studs of size 100x20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene Acryloretrite ) or HIP (High impact polystyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro- prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in charge. The glow stud shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The slope of retro- reflective surface shall be 35 (+/-5) degress to base. The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12 cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM I: 809 as recommended in BS: 873 part 4 : 1973. The studs shall be fixed to the Road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS, as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour ,T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Providing and fixing "Bi- Directional Solar road studs”( Make Instapower/Sparkle/TATABP or approved equivalent) made of Aluminium die cast body confirming to IS 617:1994, Designation 4250, provided with bottom shank, water draining channels at top and load bearing capacity up-to 12 tons. Solar PV Module should made of high efficiency Crystalline Silicon PV cells of high conversion efficiency covered with clear, transparent, anti-static Poly Carbonate material and Two Ni-MH type rechargeable battery( Up to 2-3 non sun day back-up). Ultra Bright LED having high luminous intensity visible from 400-500 mtrs and flashing rate 120/minute. All LED covered with the Poly Carbonate reflective covers on the sides. 3 LED on both tapering side for bi-Directional Solar Studs. Overall weight of studs should be 500 Gms and dimensions should not be less than 125X125X75mm. Operating temperature. (-)10 degreesC to (+)60degrees. Above specifications should be confirmed by manufacturer in writing with minimum 12 months performance warranty.

P&F Median marker made up of tough high impact resistant injection moulded thermoplastic body with an isosceles trapezoidal structure of LXWXH, 153X105X104mm, the median marker shall have fluorescent yellow coloured Retro reflective sheeting of size not less then 8.5CmX8.5Cm of type XI as per ASTM D 4956-09, & IRC 67-2010, The logo of sheeting manufacturer must me embossed on median marker warranty.

P&F Yellow coloured 30 CM wide Aluminium backed flexible prismatic Retro reflective sheeting confirming to ASTM D4956-09 Type VI specifications, with screen printed Arrow/Slant Line pattern in Black colour laminated with the 50 micron Aluminium foil with pressure sensitive adhesive and liner. To be fixed over concrete/Wood using High strength Neoprene contact adhesive. After application of the sheeting all the edges of AFP must be sealed with two part epoxy based structural adhesive which should show extreme peel resistance.

Removing and re-fixing of 60/80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of any grade and shap material as available at site within AAI premises laid over removed and relaid sand/churi bed as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. in all respects.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000 x 450x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four nos longitudinal & 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. hoop bars, including providing 50 mm dia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mm x 1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineerin- charge.

Providing and fixing post delineators made of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 100 mm dia high reflective reflectors and mounted on MS pipe of 65 mm dia duly powder coated anti-rust and anti theft steel to be installed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
