Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge 1:4:8 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made antiskid antiglazed pre-cast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of M40 design mix as per IS 15658:2006 (avg. compressive strength of 8 paver block shall be minimum 47.2mm sqm min. thickness of breaing layer is 6mm max. abrasion resistance 2mm maximum. Water absorption of 3 units is 6% by mass) made by high quality paver blocks making with machine with high level of compaction an vibration and of app. Size and shape laid in required colour and pattern (pigment used shall not be more than 10% of wt. of cement used in wearing course layer) and 50mm thick compacted bed of naturally occurring clean, well graped sharp coarse sand (passing 4.75mm sieve) of uniform moisture content 4% to 8% at the time spreading pavement shouldbe placed with the help of spacer (2mm to 3mm wide) on uncompacted sand and cutting in edge units by using a paver saw / hydraulic approved cutting machine filling the spaces between 25mm and 50mm wide concrete having min. 1:1:2 (cement, sand, 20mm crushed stone aggregate). After laying of paver blocks they shall be compacted with high frequency, low mechanical flate vibrator having plate area sufficient to cover a minimum of 12 paying units after compacting joint filling by sand shall be spread over the pavement complete job as per directions of engineer in charge.

Disposal of excavatd mulba / earth from site as per directions of engineer in charge outisde municipal limit. (Av. Lead 15kms)
