Demolition of cement concrete in sunken portion any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick CM(1:4) with WPC on walls as well as on sunken floor portion finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (WPC to be mixed @200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement all as manufacturers instruction) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of Kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WC's etc shall be as under :- (i) Application of two components of Acrylic modified Cementitious coating (aa) Clean the RCC Surface with wire brush and chisel out and mortar sticking to Surface (ab) Apply FOSROC NITOPROOF 600 PF (min 0.8mm dft) over a priming coat of NITOPROOF WB Primer or equivalent of ASIAN PAINT/SIKA/BERGER/ PIDILITE DR FIXIT

M&L PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in filling under sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm tick PCC(1:2:4)type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggrigate as in floor finished even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour over a screed layer of 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 450X 300X 7mm thick glazed coloured (Digital colour) ceramic tiles on vertical surface of such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface finished rough to received dado/ skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade with cement mortar bedding and removing off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
