Cutting down vegetation growths like plants / trees of girth n.exe 15cm from roof tops / sides, external walls of bldg ,chajjas, wall junction of rain water / PVC / Cast iron water pipe junctions including removal of roots and taking out carefully possible quantity of concrete in roofs embedded in walls / slab surfaces including repair the GI / CI / PVC pipe joints of the affected locations, applying TUFALO chemical or equivalent chemicals to arrest further growth and making good the disturbed surfaces with PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 or CM 1:2 or brick work in CM 1:4 and plastering with CM 1:4 and treating the surfaces to match with the joining surfaces all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) The unit quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of scaffolding / staging,etc...
