required, shall be borne by agency.Maintenance (Routine & Preventive) of entire

Fire Fighting,Wet-riser & sprinkler system i/c Fire Pumps. Any spares if required

will be charges extra as per actual on production of original invoice.

Comprehensive AMC of Lifts

Comprehensive Maintenance (routine,preventive and break-down) for following

lifts including all safety as per terms & conditions and scope defined in tender
