S&F 5.00m X 4.00 m Pre-fabricated Portacabin cement fibre board of 50 mm thick shall be screwed on both side with attached toilet 1.20m X 1.50 m with 2.1 m wall tile of size 450X300mm complete fitting and fixture complete all as specified and directed.

1. Walls: - Wall shall be 50 mm Thick Panels fabricated with Cement Fiber Board of 6mm shall be pasted on either side of thermocole. These panels shall be joined together with GI H section to complete wall.

2. Roof: - Pre-Painted GI Sheet of 0.50 mm thickness fixed with self-tapping screws of 75mm over mild steel Hollow Pipes (25x50X4, 50x50X4)mm Section Grid. Grid size shall be 2Ft.x4Ft. covered by 6mm thick Cement Fibar board underneath. Trusses & purloins and vertical post shall be welded or fixed together with the help clamps washers as required complete. Roof is to be laid to a minimum slope of 1:20. Trusses purloins and vertical post shall be fixed together with the help of clamps washers as required complete. Ridges shall be made of 0.50mm thickness plain pre painted GI Sheet fixed with self tapping screws of 75mm. Height from floor level to bottom of truss shall be 2.40 mt and ridge to be placed according to maintain required slope. Roof shall have projection of 300 mm

3. External/Internal Painting: - External surface of walls with 3 coats of weather proof apex altima and Internal surface shall be provided with 2 coats of oil bond distemper (OBD) of Asian/ Berger.

4. Door/Window:- Door shall be provided in shed of 35 mm thick water proof flush door shutter of size 0.90mmx2.10mm with 1No. MS Sliding door bolt 250mm, 2Nos tower bolt 200mm, 2nos MS handles 150 mm long fixed with MS angle 50mmx50mmx 6mm including 3Nos. MS medium weight butt hinges 100mm welded to frame to fix flush shutter with existing structure, Aluminium Powder Coated Sliding Window in Aluminium Frame size 2.5”x1.5” slider section size 1”x.5” with plain glass of 5 mm.

5. Modular Floor: - The framework of platform shall be made of Rectangular Hollow Section of MS Steel (50x25X4mm) Confirming to grid of 600x600mm. The floor platform shall be made mainly 16mm Cement Fiber Board as per. The entire structure shall be raised above ground by 8” using steel support (Iron Joists). Superior Quality Vinyl shall be pasted on top.

6. Toilet Fixtures: - Supply and fixing of WHB size 550X400mm complete fitting, Stainless Steel IWC with cistern with connection, Looking Mirror 450X600 mm, CP Bib Tap 15 mm 3 Nos complete. Internal plumbing shall be done with CPVC Pipes. all be of Jaguar make. All plumbing and senitary fitting shall be of white vitreous china best quality.

S & F powder coated aluminium anodised section 40 x 44mm x14 gauge for aluminium partition wall in wall in panel 1m x1m covered with 5mm thick plain/frosted tinted glass on top half portion and 12mm thick pre-laminated sheet fixed in half bottom portion complete all as specfied and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame)

S&F aluminium powder coated door frame with partially glazed shutters single/ double leaf divided into two glazed panels including aluminium anodised snap beading and rubber gasket/lining for fixing of glass as directed. The frame shall be fixed with aluminium anodised bolt by drilling in the existing wall and with thrust bolt of suitable size all as directed.
