Taking out old existing defective LT Cable of size 120 Sqmm, 3.5 core along with bricks complete removing from site, taken as credit all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old existing defective LT Cable of size 95 Sqmm, 3.5 core along with bricks complete removing from site, taken as credit all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old existing defective LT Cable of size 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core along with bricks complete removing from site, taken as credit all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE cable Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specifiedand directed.

Supply and laying XLPE cable Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specifiedand directed.

Supply and laying XLPE cable Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specifiedand directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable, pole foundation, stay, laying of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay / spread in trenches, dry river sand , clean including spreading , levelling , punning for laying / cushioning of cables all as specified in clause No 19.75 of SSR Part I and as directed. Note: Only punned thickness will be considered for measurement.

Supply, lay in trenches burnt fly ash bricks , old size , for cable protection, laid across the trench complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation erection commissioning and testing of LT Feeder Pillar cubical out door type weather/dust proof, factory made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated with front and back side openable with suitable cable chamber and front side shutters with locking arrangement panel base of angle iron 50x50x6 mm upto 45 cm height for 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system including Four Pole copper bus bar 300 amp capacity including control wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated stranded copper conductor and incoming/outgoing connection with aluminium busbar complete as per manufacture design complete mounted or fixed on PCC foundation above 0.45 mtr on floor and cable connection with suitable size of aluminium lugs and glands size of LT Panel 1450mm x 1600mm x 450mm complete comprising the following :-

INCOMING MCCB a) 320 Amp 4 pole MCCB 36 KA breaking capacity with fixed thermal magnetic setting-01 Nos.

OUTGOING MCCBs a) 200 Amp 4 pole MCCB 25 KA breaking capacity with fixed thermal magnetic setting-02 Nos. b) 100 Amp 4 pole MCCB 25 KA breaking capacity with fixed thermal magnetic setting-03 Nos. c) 320 Amp 3 pole Change over Switch-01 Nos.
