Demolition of brickwork or stone masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., built in cement mortar complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls from any height including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., including removal of rubbish material off the premises complete all as directed.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation, for laying of pipes/cables/poles etc., and getting out in any type of soil including disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as directed.

M&L, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, walling of squared rubble masonry, regular coursed secunderabad type, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4, struck flush in the same mortar as work proceeds complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 6 above but except stone. Note: Serviceable stones obtained from item No 1 shall be reused under this item.

M&L, brickwork with Flyash modular bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, boulder pitching hand packed tightly and grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 including demolition of unserviceable boulder pitching complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any description and any type complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete masonry, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5Cum, getting out, in any type of soil including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations for fencing posts, plinth beams etc., and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, mild steel framed work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar works conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified.

S&F, mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of approved mesh size and nominal dia GI wire with tolerance as per IS to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of line wires, binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The chain link fence fabric shall have zinc coating of type heavy as given in IS 4826 or in IS 12753. Tolerances permitted on the diameter of mesh and line wire shall be as given in IS: 280.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel works of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

S&F, mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; railings and similar works conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, 25mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles of 300mm x 300mm size with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 60mm thick, M-35 Grade, machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment conforming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed

M&L, 50mm sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-1 in sub base using 20mm graded stone aggregate finishing the surface even and rough including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

M&L, 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in flooring/ hard standing using 20mm graded stone aggregate finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in drain, surface channels and benching including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, preparation of new concrete or plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per approved pattern over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls / concrete surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, preparation of old concrete or plastered surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 20mm thick, pre polished Granite work (of any type, table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars and the like laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:4, pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including dismantling of stone slabs set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.
